The gardens are quite pretty and the staff were happy and helpful always
Pool was closed and being refurbished the place is run down and room was very basic the photos are not what the place is now but maybe in a few months it will be better the breakfast was well below expectations and we thought that we may be the only guests as we saw only one other its on a busy road but backs onto the river although there's no access taxi into town is $13000 cop

No podría decir que no me gustó, solo tengo que observar que pedimos una sábana y una almohada adicionales y nos dijeron que no había disponibles porque estaban en lavandería.
El desayuno ya estaba preparado y al servirlo estaba frio, creo que pueden mejorar en ese aspecto, es preferible esperar mientras se prepara a que se sirva frio.

Muy buena la atención, especialmente el muchacho encargado de servir el desayuno, estuvo muy pendiente, era muy paciente y atento
En el hotel nos alojamos varios deportistas que veníamos de muy lejos, incluso extranjeros, por una travesía, el hotel no tuvo en cuenta eso, y celebró un evento hasta la 1 de la mañana, con musica a todo volumen que impedía dormir y el buen descanso para un día de mucha exigencia. Finalmente es un evento deportivo que se realiza cada año y con esa experiencia no lo volveríamos a escoger.
El lugar es hermoso, es tranquilo, limpio y el personal de recepción es muy amable y está pendiente de la comodidad

Las camas súper viejas y la lencería a punto de rasgarse. La música que ponían pareciera de bar y no de un lugar de descanso, No nos fue posible descansar acusa de esta. Al baño le falta mejor limpieza. Creo que está sobre valorado.
