Las habitaciones son anticuadas, sin aire acondicionado, el aseo muy regular, las camas muy regulares, el desayuno no tiene variedad alguna todos los días (3) fue o huevo o tamal, con la mismos acompañantes, no ofrecía bebida fresca dentro de la opción del desayuno; aunque tiene Parqueadeo corres el riesgo de que tu vehículo sufra algún daño debido a lo reducido del espacio, la habitación pequeña no muy agradable ni cómoda. En la página se promociona como hotel 4 estrellas, no llega a 1

No vale la pena. (Costo Beneficio)

La comida era buena.

Cons:

Las instalaciones de la habitación cuadruple, los camarotes son para niños. Nintendo escalera para subir

El baño estaba en malas condiciones, el lavamanos ligeramente tapado, y tenia fuga en el drenaje que al final se encharca el puso del baño. El sanitario tambien con leve fuga y se pozo el agua tambien. En la ducha tambien se poza el agua hacia un lado.

Es en desnivel, si vienen ckn adulto mayor o personal con movilidad reducida o asistida consideren esto .

Al parece tiene temas estructura y hacia esa parte del baño se esta desnivelado el piso

Finalmente en el parqueadero accidentalmente pise mi3rd@ de perro ( es hotel pet friendly) pero no recogen lo d elos perros.

Aunque el personal estuvo presto a ayudar, la verdad no vale la pena el hotel por costo beneficio.

Real descanso

Lugar perfecto para tomar un buen descanso y relajarse.
Pros:

La excelente atención y amabilidad de todo el personal. Nos ayudaron mucho con una persona que tuvo un problema de salud. También la buena ubicación y lo campestre del lugar.

Cons:

La poca variedad del desayuno y que la piscina no estaba en servicio por remodelación.

Very poor, it's had its day

The gardens are quite pretty and the staff were happy and helpful always

Cons:

Pool was closed and being refurbished the place is run down and room was very basic the photos are not what the place is now but maybe in a few months it will be better the breakfast was well below expectations and we thought that we may be the only guests as we saw only one other its on a busy road but backs onto the river although there's no access taxi into town is $13000 cop

Excelente opción para el paso por San Gil
Pros:

El personal del hotel súper amable y las instalaciones excelentes. Cumple perfectamente con las expectativas.

Cons:

El único punto a mejorar es que había un poco de ruido en las habitaciones a diferentes horas, incluso en la madrugada
