Great stay in Athens.
Pros:

Great location and very friendly staff. Someone was always at the front desk. We had the floor to ourselves the first day and only one other couple the next night so no issues with the shared bathroom/shower. Could be an issue if the floor was full.

Cons:

I was not aware that the cleaning staff changed towels daily. No do not disturb sign was provided so staff entered while we were away. I would’ve preferred they didn’t after only one day. Nothing was touched but would’ve liked if no one had entered our room as our passports were out.

Punto perfetto per muoversi ovunque e ci si accontenta. Prezzo imbattibile ma portatevi i tappi!
Pros:

posizione perfetta per chi e' a piedi, al centro storico di Atene con tutte le principali attrazioni raggiungibili in poco tempo a piedi. aeroporto collegato benissimo con linea metro diretta blu M3 aeroporto/Monastiraki. ci hanno dato la camera al 3zo piano col balconcino da cui si vede l'acropoli! la stanza e' basica ma corretta e pulita, ogni giorno cambiano gli asciugamani, bagno piccino/essenziale, ci sono shampoo e saponette. trovate sempre qualcuno gentile in reception. Prezzo e condizioni ottime!

Cons:

Purtroppo e' molto rumoroso la sera essendo proprio sopra a locali che suonano fino a molto tardi il sabato ma anche fin mezzanotte domenica e lunedi e la stanza non e' insonorizzata (mea culpa aver dimenticato i tappi)
Le lenzuola erano un po piccole rispetto al letto
In doccia sarebbe bene mettere un punto di appoggio in alto per nn doverla tenere in mano ma e' poca cosa

Great central family run hotel
Pros:

We had a quiet room as requested. That did mean it was at the back of the hotel so a bit dark but you can’t have it all especially for that great price. Lovely family run place with very friendly staff. Five mins walk to nearest metro which takes you directly to the airport. Otherwise walking distance to everything. Small clean kitchen on the first floor with free tea, coffee, communal fridge/freezer, microwave and kettle.

Do not go there!
Pros:

The position of the hotel is great.
The woman owner is wonderful, kind and lovely.
Nice view from terrace on 5th floor.
But that is all positive I can say about my stay.

Cons:

First, I had an issue that the shared kitchen was closed before 'quiet time' - which was NOWHERE stated and when I went there before 7h, I was told to return later! As if someone can say when I should be hungry or make tea and on top of that to return to the 5th floor without an elevator and come down for the 3rd time!
Going to 5th floor after hours of visiting and walking is tough!!! And I am in pretty good condition. Don't book those rooms and they all seem ugly with aweful gray color.
The sheets felt like they were humid all the time, so I slept on a blanket. Very uncomfortable.
The room looks like a prison cell, minus AC & TV. And I had the last room in hotel - 26 on 5th floor. Added to that is that the cleaning woman was making up the bed every day (until I said to stop) but never cleaned the room! There was garbage and dirty bits when I entered the room for the first time and they were there on my last. Plus she moved the things I put how I wanted every time !!! After 2 times, you can say she did not notice, but 4 times!!!
I just do not recommend this one. One of my worst experiences and I have been to 60 countries and countless hotels/hostels/apartments - and I am very non demanding. For instance, my stay in Thessaloniki got a rating of 8.6!

A basic hotel in the centre with great staff
Pros:

Great location!! Great staff always with a smile! A hotel with basic facilities for a short relaxing stay.
The gave me a better room without asking for it. There is always someone there for asking if you need something.

Cons:

Very small bathroom. But this is ok for the price paid.
