La ubicación es excelente; puedes estar tranquilo en la ciudad a cualquier hora y volver caminando cuando quieras, incluso para hacer pausas y ir al baño.
Creo que lo peor que tiene que ofrecer el lugar son las comidas: los desayunos son muy malos y el café también; de hecho, no recomiendo el paquete con desayuno incluido. Es mejor buscar un lugar fuera.
La hubicacion
Location was good, however no instructions on how to find the hotel itself, and the streets were hard to get through.
Beds were hard, towels were dingy, body wash and shampoo was so watered down it wouldn’t lather up. No hair conditioner, one tiny fan to help cool the entire room. We met another couple there and invited them up to sit on the balcony, when we walked in the front desk told us we couldn’t have visitors after 10pm, what is this a dorm room!? They even went up to tell us they had to leave after 15 mins. No parking on site however they do partner with someone which was great but we were never given instructions on how to retrieve the vehicle the morning before we were leaving we were told we had to book an hour prior to get the car, luckily they were able to accommodate us so we can make our flights
El buen trato del personal, habitaciones limpias, aún que pagas la alberca pasamos unos momentos agradables.
Podrían mejorar el desayuno, si nos gusto, la comida es buena,muy buen trato del personal del restaurante,Pero en el desayuno incluído podrían incluir un poquito más de variación.
La alberca de la terraza, la habitación y su terraza y la comida muy rica

The location couldn’t be better.
There’s no elevator, and it’s noisy.
El lugar y el precio por el alojamiento más el desayuno se me hizo perfecto por lo que pagué.
Me hubiera gustado que hubiera un poco más de shampoo y jabón en el baño. Pero en general todo muy bien, no hay problema si se les llegó a olvidar esa vez ☺️
El hotel es bonito, pero su área de roof garden, es increíble!!! Muy,muy relajante
En la habitación que nos tocó, tenía problemas con la iluminación y sugiero cambiar de almohadas.

La habitación era muy pequeña se encerraba el calor
La cercanía a la Universidad de Guanajuato y el desayuno
