la habitación apestaba a desagüe, la guía del cortinero se caía al momento de abrir las ventanas, el ventilador se movia de forma brusca ( peligro de caída) .

El trato del personal , el buffet que incluye puros huevos y café , eso no lo especifican en la página no había agua caliente tenía que estar marcando cada vez que quería bañarme para que se prendiera el boiler , te cobran extra por multas " ojo con eso ! La cama parece que se va quebrar
No recomiendo !!

el personal muy querido ... y el desayuno increíble

Cons:

El baño merece una reforma las toallas estan muy viejas y percudidas esta muy regular , el baño huele a cañería , la cama desastrosa el colchon no correspondía al tamaño de la cama

Tienen que mejorar la limpieza y no respetaron lo que aparece en la página libre de humo, además que el cuarto no servía la ventana, no me dieron la clave wifi y no tenía sofa el cuarto como se manejo en la página

Pros:

La ubicación es ideal para recorrer el centro histórico, cama y almohadas aceptables, la habitación que nos proporcionaron es silenciosa.

Cons:

La habitación sencilla es demasiado pequeña no la recomiendo, sin embargo nos hicieron el cambio a una mejor categoría pagando un extra y esa habitación sí vale mucho la pena.
