Für das Geld und die Lage hatte ich vom Personal mehr erwartet.

Die Lage war sehr gut, das Frühstück war ebenfalls reichhaltig und qualitativ gut.

Cons:

Kein Parkplatz in der Garage…obwohl bekannt war dass wir mit Kleinkind anreisen. Man hätte wenigstens vorab fragen können ob Interesse daran besteht…Haben in einem vollgepissten vermüllten öffentlichen Parkhaus parken müssen. Einfach nur eklig.
Desweiteren ist das Personal an der Rezeption einfach zu Jung, zu unerfahren und unhöflich. Wenn ich Gäste erwarte, dann hat da jemand am Tresen zu stehen und läuft nicht zwischendurch weg und putzt irgendwelche Glaselemente. Dafür gibt’s in einem 4 Sterne Schuppen die Scheuereule

Im Großen und Ganzen würde ich jederzeit wieder diese Hotel buchen und auch weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Gut durchgemischte Auswahl beim Frühstück. Hotellage perfekt. Man kommt gut zu Fuß zur Bahn, Schiff, Pfänder, Casino und Seebühne. Zimmer geräumig. Abendessen sehr zum Empfehlen. Parkgarage in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war bereits belegt. Bekamen dann ein anderes. Bei der Abreise war dann ein Tag länger als gebucht vorgemerkt.
