Pros:

Sehr schöne und neue Zimmer mit allem, was man braucht. Super bequeme Betten, wunderbares Badezimmer mit begehbarer Dusche und viel Ablageplatz. Tolle Lage in der Fussgängerzone, wir sind auch zu Fuss vom Bahnhof und zur Seebühne gegangen. Alles ist nicht weit entfernt. Tolles Frühstück, gutes Restaurant und feine Bar.

Zur Festspielzeit passt das Preis-/ Leistungverhältnis nicht

Die Lage zum See und zum Festspielhaus war sehr gut

Cons:

Preis-/ Leistung stimmte für das Einzelzimmer mit Frühstück nicht. Der gesamte Aufenthaltspreis wurde zur Zeit der Buchung (ca 1 Jahr vor dem Aufenthalt) fällig und abgebucht.
Das Hotel bietet ein Mittagsmenue an, das 1x nicht mehr verfügbar war in der Zeit, ein 2.x war die Beilage "Kartoffelstampf" nicht verfügbar. 1x wurde das Zimmer nicht gemacht - bei insgesamt ca 260 ,- Euro pro Nacht finde ich das leider nicht angemessen

el personal de recepción es insufrible falta de educación falta de amabilidad falta de predisposición a colaborar con el cliente es una auténtico horror volveré porque me hace falta estar allí pero intentaré no usar nunca los servicios ni siquiera el de la cafetería para el desayuno y respecto a la habitación eh muy estrecha o incómoda la cama y además entran en la habitación sin tocarlo a la puerta para poder hacer el servicio es una auténtica vergüenza por favor echen absolutamente a todo el personal de recepción es maleducado serio y nada servicial
