The airport shuttle service operates on the following schedule:
Every 45 minutes from 05:00 to 18:00
(Exception: After the 12:30 and the 17:00 departures, the next shuttle will depart one hour later, at 13:30 and 18:00 respectively.)
Every 30 minutes from 19:00 to 00:00 (Midnight - The final shuttle of the day)

The name of the shuttle is Courtyard by Marriott, in white and gray, and it can be found on the first floor, Door 01, Lane A at El Dorado Airport.

In case you require transportation outside these hours, please contact the hotel who can arrange you private transportation for an extra charge.

We kindly ask that you be in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the shuttle departure time and inform our Front Desk staff if you wish to take it.

Bien ubicado. Cercania al aeropuerto muy bien.

Estaba limpio, bien ubicado y perfecto para la noche que necesitaba

Cons:

Postres malisimos. Cuando le reclame amablemente a la camarera, ella informo al supervisor y en vez de no cobrar el postre lo que hacen es que les quitan las propinasa ellas. Eso esta mal hecho. Ella atendio muy bien. El cheese cake fue malisimo. Parecia de caucho.

Cómoda habitación
Pros:

Resaltó la limpieza, decoración y la cama.

Cons:

El precio debería incluir agua gratis en la habitación. Y deberían explicar que la cena se paga ahí mismo. Yo creí que se cargaba a la habitación. Creo que la información al usuario se debe tener en cuenta.

- Breakfast was super delicious, with many options
- rooms are as expected for a courtyard by Marriott (which is a good thing)
- staff was friendly and helpful

Cons:

- we werent big fans of the driving style of the airport shuttle driver. It was only a short ride but we hit all the speedbumps at high speed, and especially since we had a baby with us, it was veey uncomfortable
