The hotel boasts spacious rooms, landscaped gardens, and cobblestone walkways, staircases, mirrors, and beautiful colonial decor. It offers several lounges for photography and relaxation, and features a large, well-decorated, and bright restaurant. This venue is ideal for events such as weddings. The room was comfortable, with a large bed, a balcony, and a nice bathroom. It was well-lit and featured colonial-style wooden doors.

Cons:

Mosquitoes are a problem, both in the room and while sleeping. I recommend using mosquito repellent. The room does not have a refrigerator. The cold water tap in the sink was not working.

La falta de honestidad con respecto a las respuestas sobre los objetos que quedan en las habitaciones y se desaparecen, teniendo en cuenta, que se notificó al personal de recepción y a conveniencia dan respuesta sin solución, no deberían de quedarse con las cosas personales que los clientes dejan en las habitaciones mientras éstos salen a dar el recorrido al pueblo.

Buena experiencia
Pros:

Tiene una ubicación muy conveniente al estar en el casco urbano se puede disfrutar Barichará como mejor corresponde, caminando. Adicionalmente, tiene espacios amplios y variedad de servicios.

Cons:

Las habitaciones que usamos eran limpias pero estrechas. El restaurante y el bar cierran muy temprano en la noche. Deberían ampliar los horarios considerando también momentos de alta ocupación.

Pros:

Excelente experiencia, excelente servicio, excelente habitación, excelente la comida que ofrecen en el restaurante. Muy recomendado, las personas del hotel son muy cordiales y amables.

Cons:

Lo único que no nos gustó era que en el lavamanos olía a feo, no siempre. Pero sería bueno mejorar esa parte

Una casa antigua muy bien conservada y limpia . El personal de recepción muy servicial y atento

Cons:

Sin aire acondicionado. No siempre hace fresco , deberían considerarlo. Y ponen un show de música en vivo a muy alto volumen el cual molesta en las habitaciones . No todos van allí a ver música en vivo , considerar una música más suave solo para los que están en el bar.

Comodidad, armonía y belleza
Pros:

El hotel es muy lindo, instalaciones muy comodas, zonas sociales muy bonitas y con amplios espacios. La atención del personal es de lo mejor, el servicio que prestan es excelente

Cons:

Algunos detalles como la puerta del baño que no cierra, se abre y no la arreglaron. La cortina del baño es muy corta y al ducharse se moja todo el piso del baño.
