Casa Abril II

Personnel très accueillant, très bien situé dans une rue calme. Le petit déjeuner y est très correct.

La ubicación del hotel es casi perfecta. Estratégicamente ubicado entre dos de las plazas mas lindas y concurridas del centro histórico de Cartagena. El desayuno un poco básico, sin llegar a estar mal. El personal del hotel muy cálido y amable. Muy positiva resulta la relación precio beneficio. Volvería nuevamente. Lo recomiendo

Excellent location and staff. The room was spotless and was attended to everyday.

There was a breaking in my room, the hotel front desk guy allowed a visitor to go into my room, luckily I came to my room just in time to caught the guy inside, he left and the hotel staff didn't call the police or notify management.

Nice place in the main part of the old city. Not to fancy but a good location.

Convenient for shopping and eating. Nothing spectacular. Too small for my likening. Very quiet hotel and street location.

El hotel esta fantasticamente situation, sin embargo las habitaciones son ruidosas ya que se escucha a la gente en las minas comunes hablando o la musica hasta tarde haciendo muy dificil descansar.

I arrived about 8pm and despite me speaking little Spanish and the receptionist little English it was okay. Shown to my room and where everything was. Breakfast was included and I had fruit, cereal, arepa (with egg) and coffee. The room was very comfortable and clean. My air-con leaked but just meant a little puddle on the floor rather than it being ineffective. There is a terrace area up on the roof which I don't think gets much use but there is a great view of Castillo San Felipe. Staff were friendly and helpful and overall, a nice place to stay for a few days.

Tuvimos una excelente estadia en Casa Abril II. La ubicacion es perfecta: lo suficientemente alejado para no estar en el medio de toda la gente, el ruido y el trafico, pero al mismo tiempo a pocas cuadras de la zona comercial e historica. Se puede caminar en 5 minutos hacia cualquier parte del centro. El hotel en general esta muy cuidado, las habitaciones son comodas, muy limpias, con baño, TV, aire acondicionad y heladerita. El personal nos atendio muy bien: Ever y Willy son los mejores recepcionistas, nos ayudaron un monton durante toda nuestra estancia. Definitivamente volveriamos a quedarnos aqui!.

Chuveiro ruim, pia vazando. Pessoal amável, mas dão informacoes erradas, como horario bancario. Esquecemos um objeto, eles confirmaram que acharam e depois sumiu novamente.
