My room was very clean. The front desk staff are very nice. I didn't give 5 stars for everything because the fire alarm went off at 3:30 am and it was a false alarm. My room was exceptionally clean, however there was a teeny tiny roach in my bathtub. I don't believe it's because of the hotel. I learned during my time outside (because of the fire drill), that many of the guests are long-term residents and of course everyone does not have the same cleaning habits. Lastly, my bed was small (maybe a double size). It was fine for 1 person, but it could be uncomfortable for two adults if they are not on the thinner side.

I liked the price and the staff was really nice. I didn't like being woke up at 330am by a smoke alarm going off. There was no fire

Great place! Friendly service! Wish there was some pots and pans and kitten essentials in the room! Would have loved to have them! But otherwise everything else was perfect! Larry, Mr.Dalton and staff was wonderful!!

Canceled our booking at last minute and didn’t give a reason why

1st day in a woman was, was going nuts next door to us, i mean hearing everything. We learned she was getting thrown out. 2nd night above us at 3am yelling something crazy woke us up. 330am heard more noise looked out side there was police again, fire dept and ambulance, later found out it was a fire wow no notice or anything 😳. Staff great but we wont be back

I’ve been here since July and the staff and rooms have been excellent. The location is a major reason I chose Woodland Suites. I love Grove City and did not want to leave it. The services that are available are top notch, the washers and dryers are very convenient and inexpensive

This hotel is amazing been staying here for a while absolutely love the staff Ray and his team is amazing. I would highly recommend staying here. It has a full kitchen and stove so it's like your at home. Rays staff is amazing they take amazing care of their guest and anything you need they go out their way to get it.

I was lucky and got in before they closed down the front desk at 3pm. What kind of hotel shuts down the front desk at 3?

Worst bed I ever slept in. Too much noise from barking dogs and overgrown children reving their cars and blasting music in the parking lot at 3am

Worst stay EVER! Will NOT be back. Rather sleep in my car next time.

Upset my reservation was canceled because they said they accepted 7 days or more that I had to make reservations else where very inconvenient being that I drove out here for a game

I liked the mini kitchen and the full size refrigerator...the elevator being down was a inconvenience

Beautiful hotel and rooms, great staff and service, building had been renovated but the driveway was a bit bumpy. Elevator was also sketchy, but stairs were easy to go up and down (only like 3 floors), so we didn't mind. Area around the hotel was plentiful with shops, entertainment and restaurants. Amazing stay, highly recommend!
