Beautiful design, amazing service, and a really peaceful atmosphere.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. We had two stays in the hotel within a week as we booked a few extra days. The dining options were excellent and the rooms we had were both lovely. Also noteworthy was the spa. The ladies were very nice and I enjoyed my pedicure. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Hope to visit again soon.

The staff was incredibly kind and professional. We went for part of our honeymoon and offer the dinner as complimentary.
There are some mosquitoes and bees in the room because the independent pool is surrounded by tree but, we had plug in repellent that we brought which was useful.
The buffet quality and staff from dining was awesome.

Départ tardif aucun problème, un endroit où prendre une douche spacieuse. Je recommande cet hôtel.

We last stayed here when it was called the Elysium. Then it was superb hence the easy choice for returning. Barring a door key issue that was resolved easily enough everything has been perfect. The food here is really good, breakfast is buffet but high in quality. The dinner we had here the food was plentiful and again buffet. Drinks are good quality too.
Another great stay this time we picked a designer room with a pool. Just brilliant.
Good quality for a fair price. We will be back again.

They upgraded the sun loungers to proper comfortable ones and the umbrellas are also changed. Barring that it’s the same great service and quality your money deserves!

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel récemment et avons trouvé qu'il était propre et agréable. Le personnel est bienveillant et attentif. Cependant, pour un lieu présenté comme "un havre de paix", nous avons été très déçus par l'insonorisation des chambres. Les bruits de meubles déplacés étaient constants, rendant le repos difficile, surtout pour mon mari qui est malade du cœur et avait besoin de calme.

De plus, nous avons été plusieurs fois dérangés dans la journée, que ce soit pour nous apporter une bouteille d'eau, des capsules de café, ou pour le ménage, et ce, même en ayant mis le panneau "Ne pas déranger" sur la porte. Le ménage est également effectué à des heures improbables, aussi bien tôt le matin qu'en fin d'après-midi, vers 17h30.

La chambre disposait d'une baignoire placée à une hauteur assez élevée. Nous sommes jeunes, mais nous nous demandons comment des personnes âgées peuvent l'utiliser sans difficulté. Enfin, la literie n'était pas du tout agréable, ce qui a encore ajouté à notre inconfort.

Die ganze Hotelanlage ist sehr gepflegt, nicht zu gross und das gesamte Personal äusserst freundlich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Zimmerservice kam 2x im Tag und hat sauber geputzt, frische Handtücher gebracht oder Wasser ausgetauscht. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit eigenem Pool, der auch täglich gesäubert wurde. Das Restaurant vom Hotel hat eine grosse Auswahl an sehr leckeren Speisen. Am Pool sowie am Strand konnte man zu jeder Zeit Speisen und Getränke bestellen. In der Umgebung gibt es viele gute Möglichkeiten am Abend essen zu gehen. Ich verbrachte mit meinem Partner 8 wundervolle Tage in diesem tollen Hotel, jederzeit gerne wieder.

Service is not well trained and was also not really helpful (reception).

Unbelievable from start to finish. We had a premier suite with a private pool which was incredible. The hotel team were amazing and so welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they really made the stay memorable. Restaurants were great with plenty of choice. Service around the pool was fantastic and the cleaning services were perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for any couple looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway
