The customer service experience and hospitality is amazing. Hanna who served me during breakfast was kind and the elderly gentleman at the reception who carried my bags to my room is just the sweetest , showing us where we can have dinner and how we can walk around the city safely. The breakfast was nice, they had a nice variety to select from. Room was spacious, clean and pleasant. As for the location, I found it ideal being only a short distance from the Airport and the vibrancy of the surrounding areas up to very late in the evening

Excellent stay at Golden Tulip Addis Ababa!
My business partner and I stayed here for a week and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The hotel is beautifully located, right in the heart of Addis, and the Executive Room we had was spacious, modern and spotless.
A special mention to Yared, Director of Sales & Marketing, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us — from arranging our airport pickup at an early hour to making our check-in and check-out completely smooth around our flight times. His responsiveness and genuine hospitality made a real difference.
Breakfast was great, the rooms were very comfortable, and the overall service throughout the hotel was top notch. We'll definitely be back, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Golden Tulip to anyone visiting Addis Ababa for business or leisure.
