Würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen!
Pros:

Lage und Umgebung war sehr schön, Personal sehr freundlich!

Cons:

Wir hatten neuwertige apartments, schade daß bei der Duschtür und allgemein im Bad baufehler nicht behoben wurden!.... Man hatte jeden Tag Angst, dass die Glastür in Brüche geht!
Leider war nur ein Container in der mulltrennanlage!

What a gem!
Pros:

A very pleasant stay. Location in town centre. Quiet. Great pools and sauna. Wonderful staff. Great restaurant, bar and outdoor area. Outdoor gym in the park next door. Good value for money. I was very impressed and would definitely go back.

skvelá poloha na brehu rieky, blízko historického mestského jadra; v hoteli spojenie historického s moderným, milí a ústretoví pracovníci hotela na recepcii i v reštaurácii; výborné raňajky aj večera; personál so všetkým pomohol, privítací nápoj, splnenie všetkých požiadaviek, dobré parkovanie pred hotelom

Ich komme sehr gerne wieder
Pros:

Mitten in Bad Radkersburg gelegen, trotzdem ruhig, alles fussläufig erreichbar, gemütliches Zimmer mit Balkon, 2 Pools, super freundliches Personal, gutes Rsstaurant, gratis Parkplätze

Schönes, ehrwürdiges Hotel für entspannte Tage
Pros:

Sehr schönes, verwinkeltes und ehrwürdiges Hotel, toller Blick auf die Burg, der Schwimmbereich mit dem Thermalwasser war wundervoll. Das Appartement war sehr geräumig mit schönen Garten. Frühstück mit sehr guter Auswahl und Qualität. Top Lage mitten in der Altstadt. Mitarbeitende waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Wir hatten etwas Pech mit dem Wetter (Regen). Im Appartement fühlte es sich leider richtig kalt an, weil wir die Klimaanlage nicht zum Heizen bringen konnten.

Handtücher für den Wellnessbereich waren keine inkludiert. Damit hatten wir nicht gerechnet und haben sie „gemietet“ (pro Stück €3 pro Tag).
Ich persönlich finde es besser, wenn alles inkludiert und wird im Zimmerpreis aufgeschlagen ist (weil eh schon egal).
Oder ein Hinweis mit: Sie können Handtücher gegen eine Gebühr erhalten (euphemistisch für: nur gegen Aufpreis erhältlich) - dann hätte ich mich darauf eingestellt.
Das ist nur ein kleiner Hinweis - hat unserem schönen Aufenthalt in diesem besonderen Hotel aber keinen Abbruch getan.
