Cool experience
Pros:

The pillows are to high to my taste, and fitness center so poor.
On the other hand, the rooms are very nice and comfortable, and the restaurant is very good.........................................................................................................

NICE HOTEL AND LODGING EXPERIENCE IN NEUQUEN
Pros:

Clean, comfortable rooms with all good comm services. The shower spilled water outside the tub and the hot water took time to reach a nice temperature. The shower could have a bit more water pressure. The employees are great hosts and always ready to sort anything out. I used to stop in another hotel, now I have a new overnight hotel in Neuquen. The only drag is having to drive through several towns with TRAFFIC LIGHTS ON A HIGHWAY until you reach or depart the hotel!

Very nice hotel, nice pool, great breakfast
Pros:

Hotel is great, staff was very nice, the food is amazing, great beds and big room. We needed to store our bikes, with had no problem. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. I highly recommend this hotel is you are planning a trip to neuquen, or maybe on your way to bariloche or villa La angostura.

Pros:

I sent an email 48 hours before check in, nobody replied me black. I called them 2 hours before my check in asking food from the restaurant when I arrived, they said " Sorry we forgot your dinner". finding a place at 1 am there is not that easy.

Me gustó que está muy cerca del aeropuerto. La habitación muy cómoda, silenciosa, buen colchón. Todo perfecto.
La pileta exterior y la climatizada muy lindas. Lamentablemente por falta de tiempo,no pudimos usarlas.
Desayuno muy completo.
Tambien cenamos en el hotel, muy bien atendidos, la comida rica y abundante.
Sin dudas, volvería a alojarme.

Me había hospedado en otras oportunidades y fue mejor, esta vez las sabanas estaban manchadas y las almohadas se notaban que eran viejas porque eran muy incomodas y estaban rotas, descocidas.

En general todo muy bien pero le falta mejoras al spa y poner en condiciones el agua de la pileta descubierta ya que se encontraba verde. Algo muy facil de solucionar. El restaurant muy bueno y acorde.

Pros:

Estuve solo una noche por lo tanto no pude evaluar demasiado. Si puedo decir que se escucha los ruidos de las habitaciones y sobre todo la descarga de los baños.
En el desayuno seria conveniente jamon crudo y el jamon cocido de mejor calidad. Los panificados pienso que deben cortarse mas finos, solo para el cuidado de la salud, asi se come menos pan.
