Athens Choice

Rooms were small and not clean. Bathroom were so small, sink was smaller than sink on the plane. We didn't eat breakfast so can't speak on that part

Athens has many different states of maintained or gentrified states of buildings along its roads. You can have a beautiful looking hotel on one side of the street and then 30m away on the other side of the street you can have a nice looking hotel that is beside a run down park that drug addicts use to get high and pass out. That is where Athens Choice is located, beside that park. It did not feel unsafe because there is a high police presence, but it is unattractive. Also, the hotel stated they have laundry facilities, they do not, but there are many laundromats close by. The breakfast was decent, but no hot items except for hard boiled eggs. You can walk to the Acropolis from here in about 20 mins.

Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was good. Building clean. Street seemed questionable, but convenient.

Prima kamer met ontbijt voor overnachting. Parkeergarage aan overzijde hotel voor € 7,00 per dag. Niet ver van metro station. Omgeving niet zo geweldig. Vriendelijke ontvangst.

The staff was excellent but the hotel didn't have laundry or a gym as advertised. Elevators were scary and need a makeover. Some of the noises from outside were unnerving as the area has many drug users and prostitutes in the area.

Allt var väldigt litet. Trångt. hissarna, duschen etc.

The room and hotel were what we expected based on the photos.

The staff was great especially the guy that worked day shift. He had them open breakfast early for us and walked us 2 blocks to where our bus was leaving for our tour. Breakfast was very good and comfortable room and close to attractions.

Front desk staff was always helpful, especially Amiran, who always patiently answered our questions and tried to give us information and assistance. The breakfast left a LOT to be desired, but at least it was included. The room was spotless, bathroom tiny and the air conditioning worked very well.

It’s close to public transport and good to explore the city

The hotel is very great for what it is. As two students travelling on a budget, we really liked it. The neighbourhood is a little rough, but for the price it's understandable. The breakfast was filling, but just make sure you time it well since the dining area can fill up quickly. All and all if you would like a short stay in Athens at a reasonable price next to a metro connection, it's a solid choice.

Hotel valido e accogliente ben curato

Struttura pulita e confortevole, aspetto negativo è la posizione e le condizioni di strade e marciapiedi, sporchi e purtroppo molti tossicodipendenti. Non fanno nulla, ma è molto triste umanamente vederli ridotti così.
Posizione vicina alla metropolitana.

Eravamo 3 colleghi ad Atene per un corso ed abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel.
La camera tripla era molto piccola, però pulita.
La colazione semplice.
La pecca di questo hotel purtroppo è la posizione.
È situato in una via purtroppo frequentata da soggetti che dormono su marciapiedi che definire sporchi è riduttivo.
Peccato perché il giudizio sull hotel è positivo.

Athens Choice is suitable for a quick, budget-friendly stay if you’re not expecting much beyond the basics. The location is definitely the highlight, close to hop-on/hop-off bus stops and surrounded by plenty of great food options.The staff were genuinely kind and extremely welcoming, which was a refreshing touch and one of the better aspects of our stay. Unfortunately, the breakfast didn’t live up to the hype in other reviews. It was served cold, and the boiled eggs looked like they’d been made the day before. We ended up grabbing something nearby in the square. Overall, if you're just passing through and prioritize location over comfort, it does the job. But don’t come expecting a full 3-star experience.

A estadia foi ótima. Hotel simples porém bem localizado e agradável.
O banheiro é muito pequeno e para tomar banho é praticamente impossível não ficar tudo molhado. Mas fora isso, foi tudo muito bom

Très accessible en transport en commun (métro) Omonia est à 5 minutes à pied ce qui est très pratique pour se déplacer. Personnel super sympathique.
