Unbeatable location and wonderful staff
Pros:

Exceptional stay in the heart of Belgrade.

The location is simply unbeatable. The hotel is located right on the main square, and honestly we don’t think there is a better place to stay in Belgrade. Almost all of the main tourist attractions are within a 3–5 minute walk, which made exploring the city extremely comfortable and convenient.

There are also several markets and small shops right next to the hotel. Even when we bought small things during the day, we could easily return to the hotel and leave them in our room within just a couple of minutes.

The staff were truly outstanding. They were warm, friendly, and very professional throughout our stay. What impressed us the most was that they carefully read the notes we had written in our reservation about three weeks before arrival and made sure that every single request was prepared in advance.

For anyone visiting Belgrade, we genuinely believe this hotel is one of the best choices in the city. We would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

We spent quite some time thinking about this question because we felt we should write something here… but honestly, we couldn’t come up with anything.

Everything about the hotel was excellent — the location, the staff, the comfort, and the overall atmosphere. At one point we even joked with each other that the only “problem” was that our stay ended and we had to leave.

So unfortunately we can’t provide a useful complaint here. If we ever find something to dislike, we promise to come back and update this review.

Нормальный, но не лучший вариант в Белграде
Pros:

Отличное месторасположение в самом центре города. В отеле и номере чисто, ежедневная нормальная уборка.

Cons:

Экономия буквально на всем и это заметно. Скудный завтрак, особенно учитывая его стоимость. Отсутствие напора и аэратор в кране в туалете, из-за которого нормально руки не помыть, даже максимально открыв кран. Все удобства, например зубные наборы и халаты только по запросу (многие постояльцы просто не знают о такой возможности или постесняются попросить). Все это прикрывается громкими фразами о заботе об окружающей среде, но это экономия на спичках, сильно портящее впечатление. Проживание прошло в целом нормально, но, наверное, это худшее соотношение цены / качества из всех 4-хзвездочных отелей, где я останавливался за последние несколько лет.

Perfect location and starting point to explore Belgrade city life
Pros:

Highlights
- The biggest advantage is the central location just in the opposite of the National Museum and Republic Square. Therefore, it’s very convenient to see all the tourists hotspots in the city centre.
- Jovana from the front desk was very professional and competent by offering me a city map of the main tourist attractions
- The welcoming handwriting letter and sweets for Elite members are lovely
- I had to change my room in the late evening due to the traffic noise from outside and the front desk team helped me to to find an alternative option
- The breakfast buffet was great with one of the best omelettes which I have tasted, the service team was extremely polite and hotel guest focused
Improvement potential
- Some of the furnitures need to be replaced
- The hotel gym is located on the -2 floor below the parking floor without natural light and quite small
