Pros:

Great location right in the middle of Kandy city by city center and lots of shops and restaurants. Staff very helpful and friendly, even upgraded my room and immediately sent someone when there was a minor leak in the AC to fix promptly. Amazing buffet breakfast, clean sheets and tidy room

superb stay
Pros:

Super comfy bed, great location, Superb breakfast and super friendly staff. Shower was powerful too !

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our 9 month old also. Highly recommended.

Séjour mitigé dans un magnifique hôtel
Pros:

Les chambres sont top, l’emplacement est top car bien que l’hôtel soit en plein centre ville, les chambres sont au calme de la rue et de sa cohue.
La literie est très confortable et les sanitaires sont top aussi. Le personnel d’accueil a été adorable avec nous également.

Cons:

Ma note est basse, car malgré le positif, nous avons très peu dormi. Ce qui est justement ce qu’on attendait d’un hôtel. Les deux nuits nous avons été réveillés aux alentours de 5h du matin par le personnel qui prenait son service et c’était vraiment très bruyant.

Not value for money city hotel
Pros:

The hotel is located very convenient place in Kandy Town. We stayed for one night. They have categorised their rooms luxury, super luxury, and standard. We stayed in one luxury room 204. Sadly the name of luxury not in reality. Room is spacious but only two bed side lamp to lit the room. Bathroom is very old type fittings. Bathtub is very high to get in for a normal person. No shower curtain therefore once you take a bath whole toilet is wet floor. Shower was malfunction you can't take head shower or hand shower as both working same time. Room TV was out of order. It give bulard pictures. Air condition and free WiFi are good. Room Corridor was filthy look and smells. If the management take detail checking on room and other areas it could be a good city hotel. The pictures on their profile and reality is bit far away. We didn't have any food therefore no comments on it. Staff are very lethargic. Need training.

Pros:

My friend and I spent a few nights here and we enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and the hotel itself is within walking distance of the Kandy attractions. There was also private parking for our TukTuk.
