Nice hotel, good location. Very friendly staff. No air conditioner at least in our room, so it was really hot. Hotel pub downstairs with good hamburgers and good (mostly rock) music.

My first time in St. Petersburg with group of my friends. Tour company that we work with recommended 1913 hotel. Good suggestion and very good place to stay. Clean, large size rooms with all amenities that you need including air conditioner. Breakfast at the restaurant had great variety of foods including my favorite cheese blini (surniki). One issue we had when we arrived - hotel have no elevator to get luggage to the 4th floor. But no worry - hotel staff have 2 or 3 strong " Russian Herculeses" who will bring your luggage with smile up and down with the "speed of light" - issue solved, enjoy to stay at 1913 hotel.

Service was top, het personeel sprak goed Engels (dat vind je nergens in Rusland) en de hotelkamer had airco wat je in de winter zeker nodig hebt omdat de verwarming in geen enkel gebouw uit kan. Minder vond ik dat de douche op 1,55m zat waardoor wij niet staant konden douchen.

We stayed for three nights during December in this hotel situated in excellent location near the center and at walking distance from the most interesting area of Saint Petersburg and city attractions. Clean, quite and comfortable room and very good buffet breakfast. Excellent service with very polite and English speaking staff. Very good value for the reasonable price. Furthermore the hotel organized transfers from the railway station and to the airport with absolute professionalism, punctuality and at a reasonable price.

Stayed in July 2019. Room was lovely, spacious and clean. Customer service was superb. Hotel is authentic and create 'old Petersburg's feeling'. Breakfast was very good - fresh, good variety, tasty. Excellent location!

Great hotel. Friendly staff that were fluent in English. Decent Wifi connection (we were on the third floor and i measured around 25 mbps download and 25 mbps upload speeds). Shower had nice hot water with good water pressure. Note that there is no elevator but there was a bellhop that took our bags up when we checked in. Each room has it own air conditioning unit. Our included breakfast was very good. There is also a hotel bar and hotel restaurant which were also very good (both offer 10% discounts for hotel guests). Also note that the nearest underground metro station was a bit far but we mostly used Yandex taxi services to get around (if you use the Uber app it will relink you to open Yandex) the hotel is within walking distance to St Isaac’s cathedral and the Yusupov palace but the hermitage is a bit further. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Vi bestilte hotellet på ankomstdagen, som en panikløsning, fordi den lejlighed, vi oprindeligt havde bestilt, ikke gav livstegn fra sig. Vi havde derfor ingen store forventninger til hotellet, men havde bare akut brug for et overnatningssted til os og vores børn. Ved ankomst til hotellet blev vi meget positivt overrasket: imponerende bygning, super venlig service og stort og rent suite med alt, hvad man skal bruge, herunder gratis wifi. Der blev gjort rent og fyldt op med vand og te dagligt, ligesom der altid var rene og bløde badekåber og -sko, vi kunne gøre bruge af. På min mands fødselsdag blev vi derudover mødt af frugt og champagne på værelset. Hotellet har en fin restaurant, hvor man kan indtage alle dagens måltider. Alting er meget fint, velsmagende og med super service. Særligt a la carte måltiderne vil jeg anbefale. Derudover er der en hyggelig bar med gennemtænkt indretning, bordspil, kunst på væggene, der kan købes, og nogle gange også live musik om aftenen. I baren er der et fint udvalg af mad og drikke, og det er bestemt også børnevenligt. Og så ligger hotellet helt fantastisk med under 10 min til Isaac Katedralen og ca. 20 min til Vinterpaladset! Vi vil helt sikkert komme tilbage, hvis vi skal til Sankt Petersborg igen!

Lage sehr gut, prsonal vorallem am empfang sehr nett und hilfsbereit, zimmer sauber und gross, einzig das 3. Bett war sehr unbequem.

Hotelli oli hieno vaikka vanha rakennus siisti ja hyvä, palveleva henkilökunta. Hyvät ruuat sekä aamiainen että buffet. Hyvä sijainti ainakin Pietarin maratoniin nähden.

After having eaten in the restaurant famously, around 6- 7 years ago, decided to stay couple of nights in the rooms, hoping to enjoy the same standard as in ancient times. We made the right decision. Tidy, renewed, peaceful rooms, not luxury but to be recommended. We also ate a marvellous dinner in the same restaurant. The year 1913, in Russian minds the last year, when everything was allright, has been maintained in this inn. The only point to improve is the bar, the young waitresses neglected their duties by having mutual fun. Our cocktails kept us waiting for 35 minutes in a nearly empty bar. And, we would probably still be waiting for them, but decided to blame the girlies by fluent Russian...

Posizione ottima! A 5 minuti a piedi dalla Cattedrale di Sant’Isacco e 10 dall’Hermitage. Camere piccole ma pulite e confortevoli.
Unico neo la colazione con poca scelta dolce, ma qualcosa si trova...

Old hotel. Clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy but we had a great time. Well located to walk to many tourist sites. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Perfect recommendations for restaurants and tours.

Dicht tegen het centrum aan gelegen, is hotel 1913 goed bereikbaar en een prima verblijf voor onze stedentrip. Aan de straatzijde komt geluid van het vele verkeer, de ramen zijn echter goed geïsoleerd. Het hotel is niet ruim bemeten, maar de kamer was prima. Het sanitair is niet luxe maar alles was er en werd uitstekend schoongehouden. Het hotel heeft geen lift maar een groot trappenhuis. Er is een receptie zonder een echte lobby, wel zijn er een kleine bar en een restaurant. Eten is op z'n Russisch: beperkte sortering, maar voldoende. Het personeel is aardig en attent. Zij kunnen zich in het Engels verstaanbaar maken en bedienen zich van Google translate voor het juiste begrip.

Очень хороший небольшой комфортабельный отель в историческом центре города, 5 минут до Исаакиевского собора, 10 минут до Невы, можно увидеть развод Дворцового и Благовещенского мостов. До Мариинского театра 10 минут пешком. На рецепции отеля не всегда компетентные портье. Зато консьерж Яша - сама любезность и всегда готов помочь. А в ресторане при отеле могут зарезервировать любое блюдо, к назначенному часу оно будет готово. Для меня специально приготовили вкуснейшую корюшку.
