Annullano le prenotazioni con una semplice comunicazione sul profilo booking. Quando dovrebbero invece avvisare telefoni

Cons:

La prenotazione è stata annullata inviando un semplice messaggio su booking. E quando siamo arrivati, non c’è neanche sembrato che le camere fossero tutte piene. Ci hanno dirottato in un’altra struttura dalle condizioni molto precarie.

Closest hotel to airport that met all requirements.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Shuttle to airport is an available, but thought charge was a bit much for barely a one mile trip. You would kind of expect the service to be gratis.

Ambivalent about our stay.
Pros:

Our room was immaculate as were the grounds.

Cons:

I didn't like that a couple of amenities were lost in translation or were misrepresented. I asked specifically if an early morning airport shuttle was included in $155.00 a nite room and was told yes. We had to hire a taxi at 20euros to go 3 km. We selected the hotel because it was a full-service hotel with restaurant, breakfast included and we were told that it was Sunday and NO restaurants- including theirs was open. We did walk to a lovely place called Mama Tata across the street. I was told when we left at 5:30 in the morning we were on our own and no one would be at the desk. As it turns out there was someone there after we dragged most of our bags down 3 flights of stairs.

Convenient hotel for Dubrovnik airport
Pros:

Convenient hotel 5 minutes from the airport. Room was quiet, clean and spacious. Breakfast was ok. We had been staying in Montenegro so this hotel was very convenient for a morning flight from Dubrovnik to avoid any delays at the border crossing.

Cons:

We stayed on the night of good friday and the restaurant was closed, so had to drive 10 minutes down the road to a local Trattoria that, to be fair, served good pizza!
