Everything was good

Spotlessly clean and good-sized suite with good pool. Nice balcony with view of sea which could not be closer to the suites. Very friendly and helpful staff - overall excellent value.

Eieren av hotellet er en magisk dame som forgudet alle oss 3. vaskepersonalet er veldig hyggelig å behjelpelig, bassenget er ypperlig for å bare slakke rundt. Stedet er fredelig å rolig, det er flere restauranter rett ved. Utsikten var rett på sjøen. Litt dårlig utvalg på kjøkkenet men det var overkommelig. Rene håndkle annen hver dag, og om du hadde problemer å trengte noe hjalp di deg. Vi følte oss godt ivaretatt, trygg og hadde en magisk opplevelse. Safen på rommet hadde nøkkel så du kunne enkelt låse inn verdisaker uten å være redd. Kommer gjerne igjen.

The flat was nice, everything as in the photos. But we appreciated having the sea view: we booked with pool view, but then we got the sea view, and it was really nice to hear the sound of the waves at night and to see the sun and the sea in the morning from the window. Very nice view. In the flat there are already dishes, mugs, pots, and cutlery, soap, bedsheets, towels, toilet paper and hair dryer.
Outside there is a clean, nice pool, where there is also a fenced area safe for small children.
The owner backed good orange pies and homemade marmalade for us to have breakfast. The place has a restaurant for dinner, if you don't want to cook.
The people there are all kind. We informed the property that we had an issue and that we would be late for the check-in, and it was possible to do it even at night. Only a suggestion: if you try to call them before check-in, you may need to make a few attempts because the reception is not always with employees. But there is always someone at the property, so if they do not answer, check at the restaurant side.
They do daily cleaning in the rooms.
We thank the sweet lady at the property for the welcoming atmosphere and the nice stay.

The staff are great. The location is very convenient, especially when coming from the late ferry. Has a pool onsite.

Très bon accueil. Mandy suites est un « bon point de chute » pour découvrir la côte ouest. Belle petite piscine.

Soggiorno di due notti a Kissamou per visitare le spiagge in zona.

주인아주머니께서 참 친절하시고 방도 너무 깨끗합니다. 아파트형식이라 넓고 편함. I'm totally satisfied with this hotel! Location is very good to enjoy the ocean and restaurants. She welcomes us and make us feel comfortable:)

abbiamo alloggiato presso questa struttura negli ultimi giorni della vacanza a Creta appena conclusa. ci hanno sistemato in un mini appartamento posizionato nella palazzina di fronte all'hotel vero e proprio, dall'altra parte della strada, composto da soggiorno con angolo cottura, bagno, camera molto grande ed un'ampia terrazza con vista mare. L'hotel è posizionato sul lungomare di Kissamos, quindi vicinissimo a bar e ristoranti. Ottima la posizione (Balos e Falasarna a 15km, Elafonissi a 45km),, gentilissima la proprietaria ed il resto dello staff. Camera pulita, pulizie ogni due giorni, wi-fi gratuito. L'hotel ha anche una piccolo piscina che però non abbiamo usato, e può fornire la colazione su richiesta (anche di questa non abbiamo usufruito). Ultima nota positiva: se come nel nostro caso si parte la sera per il rientro, danno la possibilità di usare una stanza di servizio per una doccia (e custodiscono I bagagli). In generale un'ottima struttura senza pretese di lusso.

Nous n'étions pas à mandy suites mais à stavroula palace qui est jumelé avec le précédent hôtel. Les 2 se trouvent sur le front de mer et sont équipés d'une piscine.
A stavroula palace, les studios sont spacieux et propres. La piscine est grande. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très sympatique, il y règne une ambiance quasi familiale.

Hotellet har bra beliggenhet sentralt på strandpromenaden med gode spisesteder rett i nærheten. Kissamos er et godt utgangspunkt for turer vest på Kreta.

Tutto perfetto.. Appartamento nuovissimo con tutti i confort.. Angolo cottura separato dalla zona letto.. Wifi in camera, personale gentilissimo e pulizie effettuate tutti i giorni..vicino alla laguna di Balos e a 30 minuti di auto da Chania. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Posizione ottima dell'hotel proprio sul lungomare. Personale gentile e cortese. Abbiamo soggiornato in un appartamento al 2 piano e devo rilevare però con un bagno scomodo.
