Lovely stay in lively part of Santa Marta.
Pros:

It’s a lovely old property with tiled floors and an open inner courtyard. We had the top floor suite which had a large patio overlooking city and with glimpse of the ocean. It made for beautiful sunsets. The bed was comfortable. The large bathroom with open air shower and sauna were amazing. Yes! Hot water but not needed with the temperature outside. The pool was smallish but comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful. Hotel is in a very lively part of town so bring earplugs and eye masks even though hotel is fairly sound proof. Music stays on till wee hours.

Cons:

No coffee maker in room.

I loved its location, the sauna and its delicious scent, that welcoming drink, but most of all I loved the staff - all six of them that I interacted with and it was my honor to tip them all.🥰

Karakteristiek boutique hotel met super-vriendelijk personeel op de beste plek v Santa Marta
Pros:

Prima ontbijt; perfecte locatie: gelegen op het mooiste plein vd stad. 3 minuten lopen naar het strand en in het hart vh bruisende centrum. Fantastisch zwembad/chill-plek: ik heb daar heerlijk koel, liggend in het zwembad in mijn boek liggen lezen.

Cons:

Dit is geen minpunt, maar afhankelijk van smaak: sommige kamers hebben een douche die 'midden in' de kamer staat en dus misschien minder geschikt is voor mensen die van privacy houden. Let wel: je bent alleen 'zichtbaar' voor je 'kamergenoot'. Als je heel gevoelig bent voor geluid van buiten en vroeg gaat slapen, kun je misschien last hebben van het bruisende nachtleven op het plein. Wij vonden het juist bijdragen aan de ervaring.

Sehr sauber

Cons:

Es ist direkt an einem Platz, wo schöne Musik gespielt wird, allerdings jede Nacht bis um 3. Es ist also eine tolle Atmosphäre, allerdings sollte man mit Ohrstöpsel schlafen können. Mit Ohrstöpsel ist es dann aber super leise.
