From the day of check in, they we're extremely rude. They could not find our reservation, even thou we booked the room in advance and we had the confirmation number. The walls were falling apart (the dry wall was falling off the wall). When I looked at the door, they had a reverse peep hole. We had to change hotels because we could not take it anymore.

Worst Hotel Stay! Will not stay again!
Pros:

When we first got to the hotel, the receptionist couldn't find our reservation. After some time, she found it and said that they do not accept credit/debit cards. We had to get cash in order to pay for the hotel which we reserved via credit card through Expedia. Once we finally got this settled we went up to our room. When we got in to the room, there were muddy foot prints on the floor and the pillows on the bed were yellow and did not have any pillow cases on them. When we called down to the front desk they sent someone to assist us but they did not clean up the floor after we asked them to take care of it. The bathroom had feces on the toilet seat and they did not offer any washing clothes. The second day of our stay, I called down to the front desk to ask for some towels and when the attendant came, he only brought one. This hotel looks very nice from the outside and from the lobby but our room was not at all what I expected. The best part about the room was the mattress, it was very comfortable. Overall I will never stay at this hotel again because I expected much better than what we received.
