Muy cómodo y agradable
Pros:

El personal muy amable y atento a nuestras necesidades. Llegamos muy tarde al hotel y nos facilitaron la llegada. Fuimos en coche propio pero el personal nos aconsejó un estacionamiento donde dejar el coche. Muy comfortable las camas, descansamos muy bien después de un largo viaje. Éramos 3 chicas y 1 chico, así que nos decidimos por la opción de apartamento, nos subieron el desayuno. Aunque fue un desayuno sencillo, el pan estaba muy riquísimo! Se nos olvidó preguntar al personal qué pan era, jajaja pero nos encantó.

Cons:

La limpieza de los armarios donde dejan los platos pero nada que no se puede arreglar con una lavada rápida. Teníamos jabón para lavar así que nos apañamos.

Estancia inolvidable
Pros:

El desayuno es muy consistente y delicioso. La atención del personal es siempre muy atenta. Todo está muy organizado, desde la recepción hasta la organización de las excursiones. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, con muy buena iluminación. Tienen baño privado con agua caliente.

Accommodating stay! Thanks again Doris
Pros:

Doris was amazing with me as soon as I arrived at 6am from an overnight bus. She let me check in early and rest, later as I woke up she was there to give me recommendations of where to visit in the area with good detail. The wifi was a little slow in my original room so she let me stay in another room with good wifi, a comfortable bed and a hot shower with good power. The breakfast in the morning was simple and sufficient.

Cons:

The wifi was a little slow in one room but Doris found me a solution quickly.

I am a problematic person
Pros:

Arrived at 5:30 on bus. Went to hotel. Had to wait until 7:30 because the electric ring didn't work. On top of that one of the electric rings fell out of place and I had to pay money to fix it. How is all of this my fault? I simply arrive to the hotel to check in and that is all. How am I responsible for the rest? In addition, since I arrived to the hotel too early I had to pay an extra of 30 soles. I was also called a problematic person. The hotel has the check in at 11 and the checkout at 12. So, I guess I can hang out with the guest from the night prior in the same room from 11 to 12? Get it? I was so upset that I reserved for three nights and only stayed for 6 hours. This is the worse place I have been.
