Cons:

I arrived at the hotel just one hour before the official check-in time and requested an early check-in. Instead of accommodating the request, the staff insisted that I cancel my Booking.com reservation and book directly with the hotel. After cancelling, they demanded an amount higher than the original Booking.com rate. I found this highly unprofessional and misleading. Due to this unpleasant experience, I decided not to stay there and booked another hotel instead.
