Единственный плюс данного отеля - это вид из окна! Это действительно великолепно и живописно!
В комнатах грязно, пыльно , паутина. Полотенца грязные, белье в номере исчеркано ручкой. В столовой, где проходит завтрак грязные столы, заляпаные окна панорамные, через которые невозможно любоваться живописным видом. Пол грязный, липкий.Соотношение цена и качество не соответствует. Если вы выставляете такую высоченную стоимость за ночь , пожалуйста, поддерживайте отель на должном уровне!
We stayed as part of our honeymoon trip around Sri-Lanka. The hotel staff were so fantastic and made us feel very special. The room was wonderful and the views from the room were incredible.
I didn’t book for longer!
The view is the star of the show but has absolutely nothing to do with the hotel, we didn’t have breakfast but we did have the buffet dinner, that was all ok and considerable effort had gone to present food in an appealing and organised way. Management were attentive and quick to place people. The singing duo were good and enjoyed by the room.
I didn’t sleep at all as the mattress was old, of poor quality and uncomfortable and there was no bedding for comfort only a sheet and one pillow per person. The balcony light stayed on all night and not possible to switch off leaving the room in an eerie glow. I had to put our bags against the curtains to try and block some light. The towels are old and slippery not absorbing anything. Bathroom smelt of drains. The balcony frame was very dirty and cleaning it would be a significant improvement. From reception to our room was very long walk and up and down, a feeling of being a long way from any assistance. Ask for a room nearer to reception if you have mobility issues as there could potentially be a lot of walking and stairs.

Der Blick vom Hotelzimmer war wirklich sehr schön.
Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war wirklich sehr bemüht, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, er half uns bei der Organisation der Weiterreise und organisierte einen Fahrer für uns.
Das Zimmer ist an sich nicht schlecht eingerichtet, aber es war sehr dreckig, sodass wir uns überhaupt nicht wohlfühlten. Vieles war außerdem kaputt und gammelig. Die sogenannte Badewanne, von der aus man eigentlich einen traumhaften Blick hat, war dreckig und ranzig. Zudem war es sehr hellhörig im Zimmer. Ein weiterer Minuspunkt ist die fehlende Klimaanlage, es gab zwar einen Ventilator, aber bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel zu diesem Preis erwarte ich einfach etwas anderes.
Das Hotel ist zudem scheinbar Anlaufstelle für viele Tagesausflüge, da direkt nebenan die dazugehörige Teefabrik inkl. Shop ist. Es herrscht also viel Trubel tagsüber.

Нас было 6 человек. При заселении администратор сообщил об отсутствии свободных номеров, предложил номер за 300 $. Я при нем забронировал три номера за 195 $. Затем нам показали номер для детей с раздельными кроватями,, который нас устроил, но потом администрация отеля в одностороннем порядке решила поменять номер и отправила детей в номер, находящийся в подвале. По внешнему виду номер напоминал комнату для персонала. После высказанных нами возмущений, нам дали другой номер. Короче данный отель не тянет на свою цену. Не советую.
