Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Die sehr gute Atmosphäre, alle waren sehr nett. Die Einrichtung fand ich schön, exotisch, gemütlich.
Das Frühstücksbüffet war vielfältig und sehr gut. Für Hundebesitzer wichtig, man konnte auch nachts gut aus dem Haus gehen und wieder rein kommen. Ich hatte von meinem Zimmer einen schönen Ausblick auf den See.

Cons:

Ich hätte mir ein bisschen Hilfe für den Gepäcktransport gewünscht. Bin nämlich nicht mehr Dir Jüngste und war alleine unterwegs. Auch die Platzierung beim Essen war für mich nicht sehr geglückt.

Buen hotel para conocer la isla de Mainau
Pros:

Cercania a la isla de Mainau. La habitación de la tercera planta que nos tocó tenía muy buenas vistas al lago. Los muebles demasiados sencillos. La cama bien. Tenía parking subterráneo que no utilizamos, pero si no encontrábamos lugar en la calle, podíamos dejar el coche allí.

Cons:

Demasiado calor en la habitación. A pesar de tener cerrado el radiador, igualmente nos obligaba a abrir la ventana. En verano no se como harán ya que la habitación no tiene aire acondicionado. No hay muchos lugares para ir a comer afuera. El restaurante en el hotel bien. Todo muy caro para para ir a comer, tanto en el hotel como afuera.

Pros:

Breakfast was great, both veriaty and taste.
The Room was spacious and the team made great gestures to make it kid friendly (dinasor sheets, easter egg outside of door)

Cons:

Room noise isolation was poor, from 8pm which is quite time we suffered from a lot of noise.
When satff asked at checkout we mentioned this and they were indifferent.

Einfache Zimmerausstattung.
Tür zum Flur nicht gut gedämmt.
Bei geöffnetem Fenster sind zeitweise Gerüche aus der Küche über ein Abluftrohr in das Zimmer gezogen.

Pros:

Besonders hervorzuheben ist der schöne und liebevoll gestaltete Komplex im Hawaii Stil. Wir sind nicht zum ersten mal im Ko `Ono Hotel und auch nicht zum letzten Mal. Herzlich, Empathisch, tolles Restaurant, hervorragendes Frühstück, grandiose Bar. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber und gemütlich. Die Betten sind nicht durchgelegen. Alles in Allem absolute Empfehlung

Pros:

Wunderbares Hotel. Cooles hawaiianisches Flair. Super Zimmer mit Teilseesicht. Sehr gutes Essen im Restaurant. Top Frühstück, es fehlt an gar nichts. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, wir hatten das Gefühl, dass sie gerne in dem Hotel arbeiten. Ohne zu fragen wurde eine Gästekarte pro Person ausgestellt. Leider hat das mit dem Romancepacket nicht geklappt aber das tut schmälert unsere positive Bewertung nicht. Wir versuchen es das nächste Mal. Gefallen hat uns noch, das man zu Fuss zur Insel Mainau gelangen konnte. Es war absolut kein Problem mit unserem Hund. Vielen Dank, das ihr uns so einen tollen Aufenthalt bereitet habt.

Alles war perfekt, ausser das wir nicht länger bleiben konnten.
