Our stay at Queens Hotel Kandy was exceptional from start to finish. The location is fantastic, with everything conveniently within easy walking distance, making it an ideal place to stay while exploring Kandy.
The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional. The guest relations team were exceptional and made us feel very well looked after throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall service was outstanding.
The hotel’s beautiful decorations and atmosphere added a special touch to our experience. We were very impressed with the professional service and warm hospitality.
I would highly recommend Queens Hotel Kandy to anyone visiting Kandy. It was a wonderful experience, and we would be delighted to stay again!

I booked the hotel for my son’s birthday, and they took care of my wife and son far beyond my expectations! They truly surprised him with a beautiful birthday cake. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They stayed in Room 107, which had a stunning view of the Kandy Lake from the balcony. We definitely plan to visit again next year!

L'hôtel est bien situé, juste en face du temple. C'est un hôtel historique, charme désuet. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner correct. La piscine agréable.
Le bruit (sur rue, impossible de dormir !), l'odeur de pétrole (c'est le produit pour lustrer le parquet, odorat sensible fuyez !).
Le dîner buffet n'est pas bon.

Prachtig oud hotel in het midden van Kandy. Je zit direct aan een tempel en het meer. Personeel zeer vriendelijk.
Het hotel is inderdaad oud en vooral de badkamers zijn wel aan een grondige renovatie toe. Het is echt prachtig maar het voelt een beetje als vergaande glorie die echt in ere hersteld moet worden.

The bedroom was comfortable with a good view overlooking the temple. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast buffet had a generous selection on offer and reasonably priced. The bar was great and the pool area was nice.
The bathroom door was hard to use as it didn't slide well and the shower wasn't great. You could also hear the neighbouring rooms whilst in the bathroom.
