We arrived late on a Friday night and because they did not have any more options on the rooms we selected, they ended up

The property was absolutely gorgeous, had a nice shadow when it was very sunny and got enough wind in it that a nice breeze came by! And the inside was immaculate, it was huge and everything was clean and beautiful

The valet staff

Cons:

The room was nasty. The carpet looked like it was filthy, the window seals were rotted in places where a rain had come in there and they just painted over it. My friends, bed sheets had black pen marks or something on them and the bed looked like it had been slept in before

We were only in town for one night and we hated the parking garage and self parking was horrible.

Great location needs a deep clean on the facility.

Location is great for walking to dinner and a few museums

Cons:

The facility could use a good deep clean! The elevators were dirty and you can tell the rooms were half cleaned. Was a little nervous to sleep on the bed.
The escalator was broken so you had to take the elevator just to go one floor.

Perfect Downtown Stay with Exceptional Service!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the The Westin Dallas Downtown! The location is perfect; with so much to see and do within walking distance. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. A special shoutout to the valet team for their exceptional service — they were prompt, professional, and made everything so easy. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again!

Cons:

Clearer entrance signs with better visibility would make a big difference in the overall arrival experience.
