Pros:

Luxusní hotel, na rušné ulici, ale strategicky výhodné místo - náměstí pěšky cca 10 minut, stejně tak Babylon a blízká zastávka tramvají, kterými se dát dojet v podstatě kamkoliv. Pokoj dostatečně velký, ale pro čtyři nedostatek úložného prostoru. Snídaně perfektní. Na večeři jsme byli dvakrát, je třeba dopředu si rezervovat stůl, protože restaurace je sice krásná, ale malá. Poprvé jsme nebyli servírkou upozorněni na velmi pálivé špagety s krevetami, bylo by vhodné ostrá jídla označit na jídelním lístku. Objednaly si je děti a museli jsme si s nimi jídlo vyměnit, protože opravdu pálily jako oheň.
Musím ale pochválit kompenzaci v podobě nápojů zdarma. Druhá večeře byla naprosto skvělá a dezert Pavlova neměl chybu. Moc jsme si všichni pochutnali. I přes tyto připomínky bych dala hodnocení 10, kdyby při závěrečné platbě nedošlo k nedorozumění. Hoteloví hosté mají nárok na 20% slevu v restauraci a nám tato sleva nebyla započítána. Všimla jsem si toho náhodně až doma, když jsem se podívala na jednotlivé položky v e-mailu. Po telefonickém hovoru hotel chybu uznal a částku 580 Kč nám dodatečně uhradil. Velmi chválím recepční Tanitu za její milý a vstřícný přístup. Dárek při odjezdu - láhev prosecca - byl překvapivý a milý. S tím jsme se ještě nikde nesetkali.

viz výše + hlasitá a neustálá konverzace uklízeček v ranních hodinách na chodbě, která nepřispívá k ranní pohodě na pokoji.

Celkem fajn hotel ale předražený.
Pros:

Útulný pokoj, ale nedostatek místa pro odkládání věcí. Příjemný personál, dobrá snídaně. Lokalita je blízko centra, ale výhled z jedné strany na rušnou cestu a panelové domy, z druhé strany na staveniště a starší bytový dům, ve které probíhá cvičení aerobiku a hlas cvičitelky se rozléhá v po okolí.

Kamers worden elke dag netjes gemaakt.
Locatie is ook goed, vanaf de snelweg is het heel makkelijk er te komen.
