房間舒適但服務待加強
Pros:

住宿的房間寬敞舒適設備還算齊全，電梯有感應鎖保全。經營團隊的內部溝通有待加強，不同人打了多通電話簡訊來溝通入住事項。早餐規定九點才有覺得有點晚(偏偏前述溝通電話們完全沒提到早餐時間這件事)。建議應該使用完整email內容來聯絡入住事宜及各項規定。

Pros:

網上照片與實際房間環境有些落差，網上看起來乾淨明亮現場卻是感覺有些舊與暗淡，除去老舊設施整體還算可以，就是入住前的管理不是很方便，因為沒有接待區，對於新入住旅客來說很不便利。

在自由館訂了一間平均每晚房價3300TWD的四人房(峇里島), 一進去樓下的大門有一塊發黃的毛巾當地毯, 電梯的塵埃垃圾像一個星期沒打掃一樣, 房間設備骯髒殘舊, 床單皺皺有黑色顆粒, 牙刷只刷一兩下已經開叉了, 房間跟洗手間是分開的, 去洗手間要經過只有風房的電梯走廊才能到達, 房間開著空調,但一出去洗手間又熱得半死, 我們一行三人每天都噴嚏打不停, 第二天晚上洗澡時還有兩隻大蟑螂咬我的腳指, 第三天早上一起床發現馬桶塞了, 告訴管理員, 管理員大半個小時才回應, 但我媽媽已經忍不住自己動手把馬桶通了, 然後第三天晚上發現已經付了費的停車場鎖起來了(在第一天入住時已經把三晚的停車費付給管理員, 一晚停車費120TWD), 打電話告訴管理員, 她告訴我們把車子泊在大廈門前的行人路...
我想我這輩子也不會再住民宿了, 因為今次的住宿給我很差的印象

Pros:

沒有停車場，停車需要另付 NT120 (沒有收據和發票) 出差的話可能比較不方便。周邊的生活機能比較少，沒有便利商店等，買東西可能不是太方便。
