Hotel na Zámečku

Zu Beginn gab es ein Missverständnis, wofür sich die Dame sehr ehrlich entschuldigt hat. Ab da war sie weiterhin sehr freundlich

Nach kleinen Schwierigkeiten beim Einchecken, welche dann aber durch ein Telefonat mit den Besitzer geklärt wurden hat soweit alles geklappt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber.

Perfect little hotel with nice pool and restaurant

Reizende Unterkunft, Personal sehr nett, Zimmer absolut in Ordnung, Essen in Ordnung, leider steht die Autobahnbrücke direkt vorm Tor sozusagen, da können aber die Inhaber nichts dafür, wir waren auf der Durchreise auf dem Weg in den Urlaub, dies war ein wirklich netter und lohnender Zwischenstopp, über die Gegend kann ich jetzt nicht so viel sagen, scheint aber auch ganz nett zu sein, außer halt die Autobahnbrücke :-)

Hotel se nachází pod dálničním mostem a je to na hluku i přes noc znát. Večer nás ubytovali i po oficiálním uzavření recepce, takže to je plus. Zároveň ale nebylo možné si vybrat, jak chci zaplatit, protože po příjezdu už jsem měl částku strženou z karty, aniž bych měl možnost platit cash (což byla varianta, kterou jsem si chtěl jinak vybrat). Pokoj menší, ale čistý a postel pohodlná. Ráno snídaně až od 7:45, ale my jsme potřebovali odjet v 7:30, takže jsme jeli bez snídaně.

Hotel čistý, příjemný, upravená zahrada, hezký bazén, pro dovolenou s malými dětmi ideální. Měli jsme velký rodinný pokoj, který má vlastní koupelnu. (ostatní pokoje by měly mít společnou koupelnu, to si nedovedu v dnešní době už představit...) Jediným nedostatkem byla velmi pomalá obsluha v restauraci, která navíc zapomínala... První den u večeře zapomněla na předkrm a k hlavnímu jídlu tatarskou omáčku, kterou jsme ještě urgovali, stejně jsme ji ke smaženému sýru nedostali:-( Snídaně nás trochu zklamala. Pobavila nás odpověď obsluhy na otázku k jídelnímu lístku. Mají v něm uvedeno 2 ks utopence. Když jsem se na počet ptal, slečna nám odvětila, že utopenec je 1, ale jsou to 2 půlky :-):-):-)

We were told to wait for someone to help us check in and waited 25 minutes before someone came and asked us to pay for the room we had prepaid. We couldn't get online to show the receipt and the cell coverage wasn't good enough to get it that way. We ended up paying more than the first time and complained but couldn't get the point across that we had already paid. They thought we were arguing the price. Once we got a room, we got online and showed the receipt. One person understood our problem but the owner didn't. Someone finally came who figured out we had the wrong room, gave us cash as a refund ( negating our efforts to get to a low level so we wouldn't have to exchange the next day), and took us to another room. This all took 1.5 hours. The discussions got much more heated than one would expect from a service focused hotel.

We thought, from the picture and length of drive from the highway, that the hotel would be bucolic, but it is actually almost directly under the highway. That means auto noise all the time. Rooms on the south side of the building have tiny windows that don't let in enough air to cool the room.

We didn't have hot water in the morning.

Not the best way to end our vacation.

Staff were not familiar with Hotels.com and tried to collect again for a pre-paid room. After considerable discussion the desk clerk accepted that I had paid. She gave me a cash refund against the amount she had billed my credit card and the listed price from Expedia. This was confusing. We paid in advance for breakfast. In the morning the breakfast cook didn't show because of car trouble. After some time the owner showed up apologizing profusely and offering cash refund for the prepaid breakfast. He was sincere in his apologies. Food was excellent
Setting along the river is picturesque for a pleasant walk. If the staff training can be improved this hotel would be something to recommend to friends.

Strategicky skvělé výchozí místo jak pro cesty na kole, tak pro turistiku. Pobyt v hotelu se nám líbil, možnost koupání v bazénu taktéž.

Hotel je hned pod D1, hluk byl ale minimalní.
Společná sprcha pro vícero pokojů

We were visiting Prague and looking for a place to stay that was not expensive. It is about a 30 minute drive from Prague. Good food in a very quiet area in the country. Has a pool. Owners do not speak any English. No air conditioning in rooms. It was a great place for the price we paid. We had a car so it good to be out of the city to come back to and relax after long days of sight seeing. Would stay here again.

Restaurace mimo provoz

Hotylek sam o sobe velmi pekny, je videt, ze si pan majitel dal zalezet na stavbe i vybaveni. Dostupnost z dalnice ponekud klikata, ale celkovy dojem velmi dobry

This was a bargain-priced room we were happy to find at the last minute on a Friday evening in Prague. The site said it was12 km away but it was 45 km each way. The village area was interesting. The problem was that the room stunk so bad from sewage from outside the window that we had to keep the window shut on a hot and humid night. We had to share a bathroom which is normally ok but the men's and women's were in the same room. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. They need to repair the sewer or not rent out the room we had.

Dejligt stort familieværelse med dobbeltseng og to rigtige senge (ikke sovesofa) + spisebord med stole. Pænt og rent alle vegne. Terrasse med dejlig pool. Vi fik både en fin frokost, middag og morgenmad. Det eneste, der trækker ned, er motorvejens beliggenhed.
