They don't accept credit cards. So bring cash! This was a hassle. There was almost no water coming out of the shower. Another challenge. The infrastructure is old, but the staff tries their best. The free airport shuttle cost US$10.

Fridge leaking over exposed electrical wiring. Unfriendly checkin staff, tried to charge extra for airport transfer when it was included in the price, uncomfortable bed, pillow was so bad I used my flight pillow instead. The location of the hotel is great, was nice to have a balcony but the room itself was not in great condition

Staff when i checked in seemed as if i was bothering them with it being a late check in. Pictures make it look a lot better than it is. I say it was OK at best. Definitely not a 3 star hotel. A solid 2.

Excellent service, good lakeside location, excellent value for money.

Really disappointing - despite requesting a lake view room and booking, we were then given a family room at the back of the hotel. The toilet didn't flush, and the bathroom seemed dirty. None of the appliances in the room worked, so we were left feeling very hot and unable to sleep well.

We dont trust this place, something is wrong there, the Crew looks to be depressed. The freezer was very old and the fan was shiit. This place has monkeys and they come inside to steel ur things if you forgot to close the door. The only good thing there is the view at the Lake.

Had a team of 6 over two different stays, so 6 rooms in total, the Beds not that comfy and A/C did not work in ay rooms.
Good location for Lake Victoria

Every this was superb until we ran out of soap. We called reception and they promised to bring it up. Day two passed and there was no soap! We went physically to the reception and requested for the soap, a box of soap was then delivered to our roam!

Other than that, everything was splendid.

If you are expecting American standards you will be disappointed but if you know Uganda and have been before you will be pleased. This was my second visit. The hotel grounds are beautiful, air conditioners work. We will stay there again.

There was a camera installed in my room and I didn't discover it until week 3.
