Pros:

Prostředí bylo moc příjemné. Slečny na recepci byly moc milé. Jídlo bylo super. Poloha hotelu perfektní. Pozitiva vyvážila negativa 🙂

Cons:

Studená voda ve wellness, studená byla i sauna. Měli jsme domluvenou večeři na 20:30, což by bylo v pohodě, kdyby byl poté servis trošku rychlejší. Čekání na jídlo bylo dlouhé.
Pokoje nepatří k nejtišším, respektive dveře z ložnice, schované za skříní, která bohužel neeliminuje hluk z chodby.

Neodpovídá čtyřem hvězdám.
Pros:

Milá obsluha, bohužel to je asi vše.

Cons:

Nečistota a zastaralé vybavení pokoje. Bazén ve špatném technickém stavu (schůdky do vody nepoužitelné, kusy omítky nad bazénem). Nečistota v parní sauně.
Neinformovanost o budgetu na polopenzi - vše se dozvíte až při příjezdu.

Good castle hotel on the way to Prague
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, great Spa included in room charge; dinner and breakfast also included. Castle and walking trails and right next to the hotel.

Cons:

Parking is tricky with limited no of spots. The rooms should have a coffee / tea maker in the room for this standard of hotel

Castle Hotel close to Prague
Pros:

Lovely property, a castle next door with lots of walking paths through the forest. Very good restaurant and spa included in the room rate!

Cons:

Really missed not having a coffee maker in the room, would expect this to be standard for such a lovely hotel.

Der erste Eindruck täuscht leider
Man muss fair bleiben: Der Hotelbetrieb an sich funktioniert tadellos. Der Empfang ist professionell, die Organisation im Hintergrund scheint zu stimmen und man fühlt sich beim Check-in gut aufgehoben. Doch leider endet die Urlaubsfreude pünktlich an der Restauranttür.
Service & Wartezeiten: 10 von 100 Punkten
Was wir hier im Bereich Gastronomie erlebt haben, war schlichtweg enttäuschend. Für ein Menü zwei Stunden einzuplanen, ist das eine – aber wenn man 30 Minuten auf eine lauwarme Suppe wartet, hört das Verständnis auf.
• Mangelnde Kommunikation: Es gab keinerlei Infos, warum es so lange dauert. Ein kurzes Wort des Bedauerns hätte vieles entschärft, blieb aber aus.
• Arbeitsmoral: Während die Gäste auf ihr Essen warten, steht das Servicepersonal auffällig oft plaudernd zusammen, anstatt sich um die Tische zu kümmern. Das wirkt leider sehr unprofessionell.
Küche: Ein Glücksspiel
Die Qualität aus der Küche scheint extrem tagesabhängig zu sein. Man muss leider genau hinschauen, ob die Speisen wirklich frisch zubereitet wurden. In Kombination mit den Wartezeiten ergibt das ein Bild, das dem restlichen Hotelstandard in keiner Weise gerecht wird.
Fazit:
Das Restaurant inklusive Personal und Küche hat in unserem Fall total versagt. Hier geht massiv viel positives Urlaubspotenzial verloren. Es braucht hier dringend eine konsequente Verbesserung im Management des Restaurantbereichs, damit das Gesamterlebnis wieder stimmt. Aktuell leider keine Empfehlung für Genießer.

Das Ambiente, die Größe des Zimmer 204, Sauberkeit, Fenster zum öffnen und ein herrlicher Blick auf den See

Das man für den Wellness Bereich ein Handtuch und kein Badetuch bekommt und das die Bademäntel nicht in XL XXL vorhanden sind.
