Gyönyörű szálloda, pazar helyen! Jó az ételkínálat!
Pros:

Praktikus helyen van, közvetlenül a kastély szomszédságában. Nagyon jókat lehet sétálni, túrázni a közelben. A szobában az ágy nagyon kényelmes volt. A szoba mérete pazar (Deluxe). Az étterem hangulatos, az ételek szuperek. Az ott tartózkodásunk alatt a vacsora a la carte volt. Van mini golf pálya és bowling is - a wellness részlegben!

Cons:

Sajnos az épületben elég hideg van (folyosó, recepció, lobby). Az étteremben volt olyan felszolgáló, aki nagyon unta a kiszolgálást és ezt nem is titkolta, de többségében azért kedvesek a pincérek. A garázsban a parkolóhelyek nagyon szűkek! Mi még ilyen kis méretű lifttel sehol sem találkoztunk! Így inkább maradt a lépcsőzés...

Nach viel Ärger mit der Zufahrt mittelmäßiger Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Lage und Anlage ist sehr nett und historisch. Das Zimmer hat unsere Erwartungen eines 'Burgzimmers' erfüllt.
Wir waren mit dem Hund unterwegs und man kann am Berg gleich nette Spaziergänge machen.

Cons:

Die Zufahrt und Parkplatzsituation ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Anreise war umständlich, da Google die Route nicht richtig anzeigt und man in einem Hof endet. Wenn man die Straße dann gefunden hat, steht an der Straße, die hinaufführt, ein Fahrverbot. Hinter der nächsten Ecke findet sich erst der erste Hinweis auf das Hotel und da auch nur die Zufahrt für Fahrzeuge mit Genehmigung. Also wenn man den Schildern folgt, dann rennt man zu Fuss hinauf und besorgt sich dort die Parkgenehmigung und rennt wieder den ganzen Berg runter. Die Parkplätze und auch die Zufahrt zur Garage ist so schmal, wenn verparkt, dass man sich wirklich cm-weise vorwärts bastelt.
Hinweise auf die Zufahrtsituation sollten vom Hotel vorab versendet werden und auch das doppelseitige Parken in der Garagenzufahrt ist zu überdenken.
Das Essen am Abend (Buffet) und auch das Frühstück sind ok, aber mit vielen anderen Hotels nicht zu vergleichen.
Auch der Wellnessbereich ist nicht besonders schön oder gemütlich und tw. mit Aufzahlungen verbunden.

Pros:

Kupovali jsme to našim, aby si odpočinuli. Líbil se nám hotel, protože měli polopenzi. Byli přes víkend, kdy byl Valentýn, oni měli výročí svatby, tak to pěkně vyšlo. Doplatili si v sobotu večer Valentýnské menu. Moc si to chválili. Vlastně vše si chválili, snídaně, večeře, obsluhu, komunikaci s personálem. Akorát jediný co, tak že u bazénu neměli šanci, protože to prý bylo obložený důchodci. 😁 Ale neodradilo je to. Doplatili jsme jim Privátní whirlpool, a to jim stačilo. A dostali k tomu láhev šampaňského, teda spíš lahvinku, protože byla velikostně na jednu sklenku 0,2 dcl 😁 což našim nevadilo, moc nepijí.
Ale prý bacha na to, co tam děláte, je tam všechno slyšet 😁 Ale jinak dáváme 10⭐

Schönes Flair aber kein Wellnesshotel
Pros:

Die Lage war super, direkt am Schloss, ein richtig schönes Flair.

Cons:

Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr klein. Sauna und Whirlpool können nur privat genutzt werden (gegen Gebühr), es gibt einen kleinen Pool, einen Whirlpool und eine Dampfsauna. Der Ruheraum hat vier Liegen, die am Boden liegen. Sehr ungemütlich-schade.
Das Bett war sehr unbequem.

Velmi pěkná atmosféra hotelu. Moc dobré večeře, pokud to nebylo formou bufetu. Velmi milý personál.

Cons:

Večeře formou bufetu, nedostačující. Snídaně nebyli za mě na úrovni čtyř hvězd. Welness vypadal jak veřejný bazén, špatná atmosféra, nefunkční sauna o které jsme nevěděli předem. Studený bazén i teplota ve welness

Pros:

Snídaně byly dobré, ale každé ráno to samé. Večeře se měnily. Nebylo toho moc na výběr. Pokoje byly úžasné, jenom nám chyběly záclony v prvním patře.

Cons:

Wellness je menší.
