Minden várakozást felülmúlt.
Pros:

Gyönyörű környezet, jó spa, finom ételek. Belső garázs az autónak. A félpanzió vacsoráját nem csak a kijelölt menüből, hanem az étlapból is lehetett választani. (Az esetleges többlet árat természetesen fizettük. A vacsoraasztalt minden estére eéőre kell időpontra foglalni!)

Csodálatosan szép szoba, maga a szálló.

Cons:

Sajnos a zuhanyzó túl keskeny.
Welneszben az egyik medence túl hideg, a másik túl klóros volt.
Parkolási lehetőség nagyon nehézkes.
A vacsora is egy kicsit problémás , jobb lenne ha svédasztalos lenne.
Mert azt sem értettük, mi az ,hogy mekkora összegig választhatunk, a felette eső részt fizetni kell, ez elég furcsa volt.

Lokácio és design jó volt

Cons:

A garázsban a helyek használhatatlanul kicsik. A lift 1 személyes! A wellnessben csak 1 medence működött, az is hideg vizes volt. A húsos ételek hús tartalma minimális volt. A fürdőszobában és a folyosón is csatorna szag volt. A zuhanyzó szerelvénye le volt szakadva. A szobánk padlózatában hajnali 4kor egy szivattyú nagy zajjal ki-be kapcsolt (322es szoba). A reggelinél az automatákból kivehető kávé és üdítő minősége kritikán aluli volt. A péksütik nem voltak frissek.

Když jsme přišli na snídani později, nic tam nebylo, na potí jsme čekali minimálně 30 minut, za tu cenu jsme čekali omnohem lepší servis

Great location
Pros:

The location is really great, very close to Hluboka Castle.
The staff is helpful, and the breakfast is good.
Even after checking out of my room, I was able to leave my car in the hotel garage so I could visit the castle

Cons:

I couldn't adjust the room temperature.
Everything else was great.

Hotel v těsné blízkosti zámku. Velmi ochotný personál - recepce, obsluha v restauraci, výborné jídlo (snídaně, večeře).

Ubytovanie v hradnych priestoroch ma svoje caro. Personal bol velmi mily a vzdy napomocny. Kuchyna( mali sme polpenziu) bola vyborna! Prehliadka zamku a parku v tesnej blizkosti

Das Restaurant ist zum wiederholten Male ein Highlight

Cons:

Booking.com und das Hotel sollten sich bezüglich der Buchung, ob jetzt mit oder ohne Halbpension gebucht wurde besser absprechen. Hier gab es beim Kind Diskussionsbedarf. Das könnte besser klappen, wenn die Buchungskonditionen besser abgestimmt wären. Für meinen Sohn hatte ich HP bestellt. Bei der Abrechnung im Hotel war das eine Diskussion, da das Hotel nur für Erwachsene die Info hatte und nicht für das Kind.
