Mostly great with room for improvement
Pros:

This is an older hotel but mostly well renovated. It’s real strength is food. Both the breakfast buffet and the à la carte dinners were a delight. Portions reasonably small, but you can ask for second helpings. The hotel sells ski passes.

Cons:

Most staff in the restaurant do not speak English. Menu only in German. Heated outdoor pool opens from 4 pm only and is taken over by kids. if you want a bathrobe, ask reception, they are not placed in the rooms. The absence of own notes transport to the slopes is a pity as the breakfast starts at 7.30 (they let us come a bit earlier) so it is a rush to manage to get to, for example, Ladis car park on time as places fill up fast (certainly by 9). An earlier breakfast would be great, as well as a hotel minivan to the slopes.

Het geheel was wat ouderwets en de kamers erg sober. Aan een modernisering toe.

Viele Parkplätze, sogar eine Elektroladestation fürs Auto.

Cons:

Etwas altmodisches Zimmer, was uns aber egal war.
Die Duschbadewanne ist nichr geeignet für grosse Leute. Der Verdunklungsvorhang müsste grösser sein, damit es dunkel ist im Zimmer.
Abendessen, a la Carte, war lecker aber sehr salzig.
Frühstücksbuffet müsste besser beleuchtet sein.
Mehr Hinweise, dass es im Saunabereich ruhig sein soll und Saunaregeln fehlen.

Lovely stay in a lovely hotel in a great location for many ski resorts. Highly recommended.
Pros:

Dinner each evening was a real highlight, as was the breakfast each morning.
Staff were all excellent and really helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Towels in the room were simply-awful! Rough and quite small. Great for exfoliating dry skin! I would bring my own soft fluffy towel next time I stay here.

Pros:

Tolles Zimmer und Ambiente, Saunabereich auch sehr schön!

Cons:

Frühstück ist gut aber nicht besonders vielseitig. Leider gibt es bspw. keine Croissant, Sekt, Pancakes oder Omeletts. Das Hotel ist ein Paradies für auf den Fluren tobende Kinder was für Familien toll ist, für alleinstehende welche zur Ruhe kommen möchten allerdings weniger.
