Pros:

The hotel room was of a good size and the location was great, really close to everything in the center of downtown Hualien. Apart from the room being a bit run down, everything in the room worked well for a few nights' stay. We found the daily cleaning of the room quite inconsistent, and had to inform the hotel reception a few times that used cups were not replaced with fresh ones daily, despite several reminders. The breakfast spread was acceptable but was definitely more on the basic scale. No netflix available in the hotel as well.

温かい心遣いが嬉しい。
Pros:

滞在予定の民宿が連絡取れず、急遽こちらのホテルに宿泊しました。
それにもかかわらず、とても気持ちよく迎えてくれました。
翻訳アプリを使っていろんなことを教えてくれたり、快適な滞在のためにご配慮いただきました。
これから花蓮に行ったら必ずこのホテルに泊まりたいと思います。

ちょっと遠いので泊まる方は朝食無しがいいですよ。近くに食べる所あります。

房間沒有對外窗，網站沒說明。一打開房門時房內會有一絲絲的潮濕味道。還好開冷氣過一陣子味道就不見了。電視機跟機上盒看的到灰塵，地板上也有頭髮。清潔方面需要加強。
