Inundación en la habitación y pésima gestión de la administración
Cons:

Nuestra experiencia en este hotel ha sido nefasta. Durante la estancia, la habitación se inundó por completo, mojando nuestra ropa y, de manera crítica, las botas de mi novia.
Lo peor no fue el fallo técnico de las instalaciones, sino la absoluta falta de empatía, profesionalismo y decencia por parte de la administración. la única respuesta del hotel fue una actitud impositiva: nos exigieron que les dejáramos las pertenencias afectadas, advirtiéndonos de manera prepotente que si no lo hacíamos, "no respondían". Una condición absurda y sin ninguna garantía por escrito que nos dejaba totalmente desprotegidos.
El servicio al cliente es inexistente y no asumen la responsabilidad de los fallos de su propio establecimiento. No recomiendo este lugar bajo ninguna circunstancia; es un riesgo para tus pertenencias y la atención ante una emergencia es deplorable.

La cercanía con la embajada para ir hacer tramites de la visa , la amabilidad de los trabajadores

Cons:

Me dieron una habitación en el lobby , y a las 5y30 de la mañana habia demasiado ruido , no pudimos descansar nada!

Cons:

Se presentó una pelea dentro de las instalaciones del hotel alrededor de la 1 am, en la cual nos despertarona quienes tratábamos de descansar acá, sin acciones pertinentes por parte de la recepción.

Cons:

La cama no tenia protector del colchón, la sabana qué tenía el colchón se salía no le servia a la cama, el colchón muy viejo y sucio, sin protector, por higiene no era agradable , estaba con una niña pequeña y no era lo ideal para ella ni para nadie por higiene
