Hotel Ping Silhouette

The staff was great, but the room itself needed updating - the tap fittings would randomly fall off when the tap was used. The restaurant next door plays loud music until midnight. The location was also not that close to things. Unfortunately i would not stay here again - the photos are definitely outdated.

Conveniently located hotel on the Ping river with easy access to a lot of good restaurants and Chinatown. A short walk across the footbridge to celebrate Chinese New Year. Nice garden area overlooking the river and pleasant café for breakfast; upstairs pool very refreshing.
Riverview room gives a sideways view of the river and is a little dark and stark but comfortable enough.

We stayed here during Loi Krathong. I wasn't sure what to expect, especially after flooding just a few weeks before. Let me say this was beyond my expectations! What a great little hotel... Very clean with a great staff! Just one thing, which isn't a deal breaker, there is no elevator.

This property exceeded my expectations in every possible way. The room was incredible peaceful. The lady running breakfast was entirely too kind and made us yummy food every single morning when typically I would venture out to find something local. I had an issue with a wrecked moped at the end of the stay and the hotel assured me they would help in case of the rental company trying to overcharge (they didn’t) and I felt really good about that

The staff and room were wonderful. I extended my stay and was sad to go!

River. Very serene and zen style rooms. Very close to a number of restaurants and walking distance to the Walking night market. Very comfortable stay.

This is a gem of a hotel. It is really beautifully architecturally, and is located in a very chill, yet convenient part of the city. The staff is lovely and accommodating and I would stay again in a heartbeat.

The hotel design is amazing, I LOVE the oriental vibes. I was also surprised that the rate included breakfast! And the room comes with a little balcony! I really enjoyed my stay there and will 10/10 recommend. Location is quite convenient too, walking distance to many places like night market and this little street with many cute boutiques, cafes and restaurants.

Decorative design great. Great location.
Functional not so good, like hunt the plug points in room, free mini bar but only water in mini bar. No drawers or cupboard space and only 4 coat hangers. No towels at swimming pool when we visited. One sink had a wall mirror but the other not which was strange.
Hotel closed the bar and restaurant at 5:30pm unannounced each day and said it was low season while other hotels did not do this.
Hotel had unsold rooms but they refused any later check out as we had a night flight.

Everything is alright, I like their oriental vibe to the design, but their rooms are relatively small, cleanliness can be improved. All else are functioning. The pool wasn't very desirable.

We came to check in around 7 pm and met with front officer. He’s not really in a mood to welcoming us. We’re a little bit surprise and disappointed with staff. But overall the hotel, decorations and food are really nice.

This hotel has beautiful interior combined Chinese and modern styles. Willow trees in the garden looks amazing.
Breakfast and complementary afternoon tea service was great. Dinner at the restaurant was amazing. Enjoyed every moment here.

Loved the thoughtful architecture, decor and ambience. It created a zen feeling. Breakfast was delicious too. And warm service especially from Honey, at the reception.

Clean and well designed hotel. Service was not terribly friendly.

Staffs are very nice. We enjoy our stay very much. Just the sofa in room is not so clean, others are good.

Everything is wonderful but the towels.
Really old towels! Not white anymore. Almost grey and a bit smelly. I saw a hotel staff cleaning the windows with the towels.

Good location quit space great decoration with best facilities hotel staff are very nice helpful and breakfast is amazing I love it and will be back soon
