Hotel accettabile per una notte ad Amsterdam
Pros:

Prenotato causa layover al ritorno da un viaggio in America.
Ottima la posizione (fermata del tram davanti!), letti comodi, personale gentile e possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in caso di volo di ritorno di sera.

Cons:

Arredamento un po' datato, soprattutto in bagno, necessiterebbe un ammodernamento... Pulizia così e così.

Romantico con i lucernari ed il tetto spiovente
Pros:

Alloggiavamo all'ultimo piano, nella stanza mansardata col tetto spiovente. Ed è stata la cosa più carina e caratteristica perchè abbiamo trovato molto bello poter guardare il cielo dal letto. Così come è stato bellissimo l'utilizzo della vasca da bagno guardando il cielo dal lucernario che era anche lì. Gli spazi sono piccoli ma ci siamo trovati molto bene.
Alla reception c'era sempre qualcuno giorno e notte. Proprio di fronte alla struttura è comodissimo avere un bel bar grande con ampia scelta per la colazione. Nei dintorni a piedi anche un altro bar specializzato in colazioni continentali di ogni tipo. Ubicazione tranquilla vicino allo zoo dove c'è un piccolo parco e si possono ammirare i fenicotteri rosa.

Cons:

Il Wifi era piuttosto lento.
La posizione è centrale ma non centralissima. Per noi che ci spostavamo a piedi, impiegavamo 25 minuti ad arrivare al centro. In compenso i tram funzionano bene e passano proprio sotto la struttura.

Chill, no grills
Pros:

One of the few older hotels that have a lift, which has become an important deciding factor as my husband and I find it more difficult to manage the narrow, spiral staircases in Europe as we get older.The great thing about this hotel is the tram stop right in front of it.

Cons:

The lobby area was a very tight squeeze. It wasn't a huge problem, just a bit of juggling of luggage to accommodate people checking in and out. The toilet and shower area was extremely tiny, which is expected in a lot of European hotels, and I'm not complaining so much, but rather just letting people know what to expect.

La posizione eccellente di fronte alle fermate dei tram 7 e 14 che portano ai musei o verso piazza Dam a poche fermate cmq dai maggiori centri di interesse

La stanza un po piccola e senza frigo bagno un po datato.
