The cleanlinness, the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

There were a bit of mishaps, but nothing that wasn’t resolved so its all good.

More kids activities or programs would also be nice to have, the outdoor kids club could use a bit more toys or a treehouse. Just saying for the future

Everything was absolutely perfect. The palace architecture is breathtaking, and the atmosphere is pure luxury. The staff provided world-class hospitality, ensuring every detail of our stay was seamless. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, elegant, and spotlessly clean.

in generale un buon albergo, nelle vicinanze dell'aeroporto, ma un po' isolato per chi non ha una automobile a disposizione. Buona la colazione e i ristoranti interni.

Cons:

Abbastanza singolare avere l'armadio in bagno e non nel corridoio...... un po' misero il set cortesia con prodotti di pochi ml.
