The staff were the best bit, every single member of staff were exceptional.
Pros:

Beds exceptionally comfortable, good size TV and good selection of channels, bathroom large, storage excellent. Overall look/proportion/aspect of room pleasing.

Excellent room service and housekeeping, very attentive staff, when requested items they were quick to replenish ( ie extra coffee capsules or tea bag's)

The State Room where breakfast was superb, did you most proud. Mohammed went great lengths to show us Egyptian breakfast/foods which we continued to eat every day of our 7 day stay.
Hugely grateful too, that on last day, we had a 5am start for airport, a breakfast box was brought to our room, a real Godsend.

Italian restaurant, excellent pizzas ( best outside of Rome) and a lovely touch at lunchtime to bring a slice out to all sitting at poolside.


Lastly, superb service from the Head Concierge and Asst. Concierge concerning private tour around the Pyramids.
The Independent guide Mahmoud Mayo was superb- incredibly well informed on all historic/political/geographical aspects of Egyptian culture and was most charming too.

Thank you to all the wonderful Staff, from security, doormen, reception, waiters, cleaners... all were so incredibly kind, helpful and always with a smile.
It showed Egyptian people have an utmost generous kind and giving personality and definitely a reason to come back to your beautiful country.

The design interior starting to look shabby ( ie fabric on chairs/ottoman at end of bed stained and bed curtilage ripped)
Curtains impractical ( no need for excess layering)made opening and closing a nightmare
Awful low level blue light in bathroom ( not needed)
Face flannels when used, were never replaced.

Would prefer instead of trying to simulate Asian Fusion dishes ( which obviously chef had difficulty reproducing)instead to have Egyptian food- which is utterly delicious and what most visitors to Egypt want to savour.

A wonderful place to get away from a weekend and forget your worries...
Pros:

Loved everything, the convenience of the location, the beautiful rooms, the comfy beds, the great service and hospitable staff! The housekeeping team including Mr Ahmed and Mr Gamal were so friendly and accommodating, bringing us random items we asked for whenever we needed. We went as a short weekend getaway for relaxation and some luxury, and enjoyed it to the max. Our package included breakfast and daily spa access, and it all exceeded our expectations. Hope to be back soon!

Cons:

The thermal pool in the spa could have been heated more for the full luxury experience. Really the only thing that disappointed me in the whole trip, and the rest of the spa was wonderful so I really didn't mind all that much.
