Amazing rooms, staff and breakfast
Pros:

Well the hotel’s rooms are amazing, staff are easy going and nice, the breakfast was one of the best hotels i have ever been. Special thanks Christine she was more than helpful, always smiling makes you feel right at home.

I would not recommend this hotel. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

We had to change rooms twice because of problems with the air conditioning and heating. The mattress was damaged and had to be replaced, and the chair was filthy and broken, so that also needed replacing.

Shampoo, conditioner, and a dental kit were missing from the room and were only provided upon request.

The hotel has two restaurants, one Lebanese and one Italian. Our booking included breakfast and dinner, but when we asked for water at dinner, we were told it wasn’t included. Having meals included but being told water costs extra was extremely disappointing.

With so many problems during our stay, the experience fell far below expectations. I would not stay here again.
