Great short stay
Pros:

Fabulous location right on the beach at quieter end. Fridge in room. Comfy bed with nice clean sheets. Felt safe as a lone traveler. Bus stop right outside that skirts the main route of the tourist areas and town. Restaurants and coffee shop in close vicinity. Free sun beds if you buy from them.

Cons:

Basic rooms, needs some repair, limited hot water certain times of day. Rm9 had a balcony side sea view, leaky outlets on balcony, and the position didn't get any sun.

Εξαιρετική διαμονή! Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πολύ καθαρό, το προσωπικό ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Περάσαμε υπέροχα και σίγουρα θα το επισκεφθούμε ξανά. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Meter vom Strand, hat eigene Gaststätte und Strandliegen, was sehr bequem ist und spart viel Zeit. Die Betten und Kissen waren sehr bequem und ich konnte sehr gut schlafen. Die Klimaanlage ist geräuschlos und kühlt das Zimmer effektiv, aber ohne Luftzug. Das mittelgrosse Kühlschrank im Zimmer ist eine Superlösung für heisse Sommertage. Ein grosser Balkon mit Meerblick ist fantastisch! Das Bad mit WC ist sehr klein und nicht modern, aber warmes Wasser ist da und qualitativ sehr gutes Toilettenpapier vorhanden. Hotelpersonal ist sehr nett und spricht Deutsch. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Promenade, mehrere Strandgaststätten, Bäckereien, Bars in der Nähe. Dieses Hotel ist eine Superlösung für die Menschen, die für vergleichsweise wenig Geld einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in Kalsmata machen möchten. Danke schön! Und bis zum nächsten Jahr!

Pros:

Malý dvojposchodový rodinný, čistý hotel. Ochotný a ústretový personál. Mal som izbu číslo 5 na 1. poschodí. Na izbe bola: TV, klimatizácia, Wifi, rýchlovarná kanvica s pohármi a hrnčekmi, veľká chladnička, kúpelka s WC a sprchovým kútom, malý balkón so stolom a 2 stoličkami. V izbe je pomerne staré zariadenie, ktoré by bolo vhodné vymeniť. Dobrý pomer ceny a kvality ponúkaných služieb.
Hotel má tiež izby orientované na promenádu, more a pláž. Hotel nemá výťah. Pred hotelom (cez pobrežnú cestu a za promenádou) sa nachádza kamienková pláž. V hoteli na prízemí sa nachádza reštaurácia Nautilos, na pláži plážový bar. Pri kúpe občerstvenia v bare je možné využívať plážové lehátka zdarma. Pred hotelom sa nachádza autobusová zastávka Navarinou 8 miestnej linky číslo 1. Z autobusovej stanice sa sem dostanete cca za 25 minút, cena lístka 1,50 € - zakúpi sa u vodiča.

Cons:

Pobrežná cesta je pomerne frekventovaná a hlučná ( a to aj v noci).

Nice convenient place to relax and enjoy the beach in Kalamata
Pros:

I had a single room and that was enough for me. It has a big balcony on the side of the building with good sea view . Very convenient at the beach side with restaurants around it. Very friendly hosts!!

Cons:

If you want to go the centre you have to take the bus. Thankfully the stops are just a couple of meters from the hotel and it only costs you 1,50 for a ticket.
