Pros:

The Hotel was very clean, and the staff was very nice , i dont know why people are blame them, and complaining about the place.. They are cleaning everyday, there is no bad small at all, the breakfast is the same everyday you have 3 choices, but its free , and the Hotel place is next to the party road" so of course its a bit loud, but this you should accept when you reserve.. :)

Great stay -super clean hotel
Pros:

The hotel is spotless, Maria and Chris on reception are fab. The bathrooms are tiny as is the shower, but I had an amazing stay here. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the pool (cold) is great and there is a really friendly atmosphere.
It's location is great, a short walk in either direction for food and nightlife.

good clean rooms but shocking front desk service
Pros:

My arrival caused some shock wave throughout the hotel. Lady at the front desk got in touch with somebody on the phone and after about 20 min announced that my 'confirmed guaranteed' booking needs to be cancelled as they can't provide room because contracted quota of rooms from hotels.com is for next year not this year. She basically made it look like it's my problem that they accepted a booking. I had to make international call to customer service who again got in touch with hotel which eventually booked me in. No 'We're sorry' or any kind of apology from the hotel what so ever not even thanks for staying when we checked out. Hotel itself was clean and appeared looked after but staff was very rude. Later in the evening all guests could hear through their balcony's staff arguing and shouting to each other in the outdoor pool area. Simply shocking.
