Hotel fantasma!

Cons:

Ho prenotato una “Camera matrimoniale superior” e mi sono ritrovata ad alloggiare in un palazzo accanto all’hotel, quindi ho prenotato e pagato per un hotel a 3 stelle ma mi sono ritrovata in una stanza d’appartamento! Tutto ciò è molto scorretto in quanto doveva essere specificato in fase di prenotazione che la mia stanza non si sarebbe trovata all’interno dell’hotel ma di un palazzo, ovviamente senza reception, caratteristica peculiare per chi prenota un hotel. Allego la foto del mio ingresso con hall inesistente. Ho chiesto subito spiegazioni al mio arrivo ma in reception mi hanno solo saputo dire che le stanze disponibili erano quelle all’interno del palazzo. Pessimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Esperienza da non ripetere

Buona sistemazione.
Pros:

Camera pulita, comoda e spaziosa. Vicina alla stazione e a breve distanza dal centro. Ci sono pasticcerie e bar vicini all' hotel per fare colazione.
