Pros:

Excellent location near the Red Square, metro station. No parking for taxi, so be ready to walk. It is an old building that was repurposed into a hotel. No elevator. Front door was hard to find. Once we figured out all the logistics our stay was pleasant. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Отель хорошо расположен, сервис хороший, люди приветливые.
По фото создается впечатление, что отель более современный, но в реальности комнаты в стиле «советский союз».

Понимаю что короновирус. Бронировал номер на класс выше, но дали стандарт, по причине что этаж с номерами люкс зарыт по причине короновируса. Все понимаю, но не написать об этом не мог. Т.е. чуть переплатил. Надеюсь это поможет в борьбе с чумой 21 века :)

Pros:

The location is unbeatable. With a metro station located in the same building traveling was easy. The room was clean and the staff quickly provided a blanket when we asked for one. Everyone was nice and overall it was a pleasant stay.

Pros:

Estuve una sola noche con mi familia y reservé dos habitaciones, una de ellas para mis tres hijos. Al tener uno de ellos 15 años, aparecía como niño por lo que al llegar no tenia cama. Inmediatamente nos pusieron una cama supletoria sin coste adicional. Las habitaciones no tienen ventanas pero son amplias y las camas muy cómodas. No hay ascensor pero desde la recepción nos subieron las maletas. Personal atento y correcto. El Hotel está muy bien situado, puedes caminar a la plaza Roja.

Какое то безумное количество освежителя воздуха было в номере в момент прихода, проветрял часа 4. В соседнем номере шла вечеринка, с пьяными телодвижениями. В Целом, отличный инет, комфортная кровать.

Sehr schönes Hotel, zentrale Lage zum Roten Platz und Gaststätten/Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Großes Zimmer. Sauberkeit im Zimmer könnte besser sein (regelmäßig Staubsaugen, Ablagen abwischen), Möbel mit Rissen im Lack, Türschloss am Schrank defekt, Kleiderbügel und Haken fehlen

Очень понравился отель. Чисто, уютно, тепло и комфортно. По-домашнему, я бы сказала. Персонал очень дружелюбный и всегда готовы прийти на помощь. Обязательно в следующий раз остановлюсь только здесь. До метро пару минут пешком, в шаговой доступности и кафе, аптеки и все самое необходимое.

Pros:

Very nice and helpfull stuff, clean room, great location.
Only one minus is a too high audibility.
So if housekeeping are arguing in their stuff room in the morning you can hear each bad word they use.
