Convenient location and comfy beds, even though the space is very tight!
Pros:

The location was convenient along the beachfront and across from the beach with a view and a small patio to sit on to enjoy the view. The beds were very comfortable, and the hotel was quiet. I think we may have been the only guests in the hotel as it was December. The elevator was quite a treat, only enough space for one person and a suitcase! There were robes and slippers provided and the room was very clean, bedding smelled very clean. The gentleman that engaged us upon our check out was very friendly and assisted us with directions to travel to Sparta on our way back to Athens.

Cons:

The lobby was quite dirty and messy, the chair and sofa area in the lobby were covered in animal hair, windows needed a cleaning, and there were piles of boxes and linen sitting at the back of the lobby. We arrived earlier than expected (3pm) for check in and there was no one around so we just followed the directions sent to us for a late check in. The room is tiny and the washroom is just enough space for one body to turn around in! For the one night stay it was fine, but there really is very little space for two adults to be comfortable in the room for more than one night! Parking was on the side street next to another hotel so we really were not sure if we were allowed to park there, but we did anyway!

Sehr gut für kurzen Aufenthalt, beim Ankommen oder vor dem Heimflug
Pros:

Zimmer klein, aber sehr nett eingerichtet. Toller Blick auf Meer und Berge, direkt am Strand mit vielen Bars.Man hört das Meer rauschen, wenn man im Bett liegt.

Cons:

Nachts sehr laute Motorradraser, sind mehrmals aufgeschreckt.

Pros:

La proximité de la plage, des tavernes ,des cafés, et aussi du calme.
Hôtel accessible , endroit accueillant, on s’est senti en sécurité.
Facile pour se garer.
Je recommande l’hôtel.
À savoir que l’on a séjourné hors période scolaire.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner qu’on n’a pas eu.
Lors de la réservation le petit déjeuner était compris mais le lendemain personne pour nous dire comment cela fonctionnait.
Après un message à l’hôte on nous apprend qu’il fallait prévenir la veille.
Quand on est touristes et pas habitués, comment le deviner?
Ceci dit on est allés petit déjeuner dehors dans un café pas loin de l’hôtel.

Great location by the sea.
Pros:

Loved the location and room overlooking the sea, and close to many restaurants and cafes.

Cons:

The hotel needs to improve its room cleaning. In the last two days the bed was not made, and on the last day the room was cleaned at 5pm when I asked it be done.

Lovely comfortable hotel, family run with friendly staff.
Pros:

The hotel was right on the sea front. It was nicely painted externally and internally in our room everything was new, clean and worked. The bed was also super comfy. The hotel is also well located for eateries and the local sights.

Cons:

In terms of the hotel it was all good. As I said it's right on the front which is great for location and the beach however the road can be a bit noisy. It didn't bother us but people that like it very peaceful are going to the wrong place. Also the location means you have to find your own parking either in the street if you find a gap or a bit further in the car park by the church.

Lage wirklich gut, Balkon mit Meerblick top! Personal super freundlich!

Cons:

Alles sehr heruntergekommen, Duschtür muss man anheben um sie zu schließen. Jalousien stecken fest, gehen nie komplett auf und auch nur mit mehreren Anläufen zu. Balkontürschloss defekt.

Man hört wirklich alles von der Straße, durch den klapprigen Rollladenkasten kein Lärmschutz mehr da
