very modern, clean and nice hotel. I didn't like a detail in my room and immediately somebody came to change it. staff could speak English and deal with everything very easily. even the invoice was prepared upfront on time. sauna in the evening was nicely warm 80C and it was a good relaxation after long day.

Cons:

breakfast selection could be little better. some fresh fruits would be much appreciated. expresso was also not an expresso as we are used to but it's acceptable for turkey.

Pros:

The incredible helpfull staff. Hotel host many groups but gave us an upgrade to a more quiet and comfortable floor. Breakfast and diner were the best we had through out Turkey. Location is good, all main sites are easy reachable.

Pros:

War fast alles OK.
Gestört hat bei einem Zimmer von uns, dass der Toilettendeckel ständig herunterklappte beim Geschäft. Bei kostenlosem Tee/Kaffee im Zimmer nur zwei Becher vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage hat nach längerem Stillstand beim Einschalten gestunken, half nur lüften für fünf Minuten. Sauberkeit ist OK. Pool ist klein und 1,35m tief für ein paar anständige Runden, also kein Olympiabecken. Zu meiner Zeit war Mitte August, weswegen viel Familienurlauber anwesend waren.
