Hampton by Hilton Moscow Strogino

When we check-in we waited boıt one hour. This attitude is typical hilton service how I can not explain. On other hand, the first day you can find two small bottle of water but just you see in the first day. If you finish them, you must pay for water or you have to go down and drink plumber water. Unbelievable!

I stayed here for a week, it is very near to metro station, room is spacious and comfortable, hotel is safe and staff is customer friendly, thank you to all staff at reception and housekeeping and especially to manager do not remember her name.

Hotel is clean, conveniently located if you need to be in this part of the city. It offers great breakfast buffet - good variety of options to choose from. Also convenience of restaurants is a big plus - hotel restaurant and next door restaurant that open till midnight. Staff is pleasant and accommodating. Stayed in this hotel second time for over a week, will be back again.

Bon séjour dans l’hôtel, personnel agréable et accueillant. La chambre est relativement spacieuse, la literie confortable.

Le restaurant de l’hôtel est globalement moyen mais il y a un accès à un second restaurant directement depuis l’hôtel, qui est bien meilleur.

À 10 minutes en taxi du Crocus Center pour les événements donc très pratique !

Even the staff did not wear masks on the face, only to cover the chin. Guests were also not wearing masks and were not asked to do so. Looks like the staff was too afraid to ask to follow basic safety rules. Smell in the bathroom from sewage, apparently its a known in this hotel.

Problems with room keys, so had to go up and come down several times.
Dining tables were not cleaned with pieces of food on tables.
Food is not replenished on time, so had to wait or not eat much, which makes the breakfast not a very “complimentary” inclusion.

This is the worst hotel I stayed in Moscow in my 12 years of travel. Much overpriced for the unfriendly staff and problems with parking.
(I was not able to unload my luggage at the check in time, because the security at the yard did not let me to drive to the hotel main entrance. Had to drag the luggage from the parking garage. The clerk at the check in said that the hotel is not responsible for the security staff actions).
At the gym no towels, no wipes.
Breakfast is too plain.

It is a classic "business" hotel, so I would try to rate it as such. However, I must mention that while I was staying with Hapmton by Hilton Moscow Strogino, the hotel was packed with people who came to Moscow for the winter holidays. Yet, you could not really feel the atmosphere of celebration - I would strongly recommend to invest some time and material into the Xmas decorations next year. It does pay off from the 'feeling the place' point of view.

The location of the hotel is on the edge of the city, however, logistically it made perfect sense for my visit - and this was the reason why I picked this hotel for the stay.

The check-in was not particularly pleasant - the clerk at the front desk was neither welcoming nor happy (not sure if I would be happy to work on the New Year's eve, but hey - that's what hospitality is all about). He also made some mess around registration, as it was seemingly non-comprehensible that a Russian citizen may be a permanent resident overseas and henceforth have no registration in Russia The need to demand this paperwork is a law in Russia though, so I didn't make much fuss around it - rather a note to the mgmt of this hotel to maybe organise yet another training around check-in procedure :).

The room was quite nice actually, and the only criticism I would draw is that replenishment of the soap/shower gel/shampoo was only made on request rather than during the daily cleaning.

My largest issue with this stay was breakfast. It was free (that's good) but of horrible taste (that's bad). I would really advise to do the following:
- change juices (even the one from the supermarket would play better than that horrendous machine)
- change coffee beans (the good ones are still imported, right?)
- upgrade pastries (Russia has a tremendous range of bakeries and pastry shops, why not team up with something that would show-case a decent Russian baking house?). The current selection was dreadful.

Last but not least - fine those scumbags that come for breakfast and fill their bags with everything "to go" - this was ridiculous to see. I'd rather accept some "free afternoon tea" approach than watching hordes of visitors cleaning up the breakfast space for takeaway, while some others are just trying to have their breakfast on the spot and must wait for the food to be replenished.

Finally, my points to Hilton Honors were not credited (with an email stating that the hotel was unable to confirm if I stayed there) - which is particularly funny because I still have an email with reservation and even the bill issued upon my stay somewhere along my documents. Well, seems that this hotel has some certain issues to overcome.

I indeed wish them good progress with eliminating these issues. I am, however, dissatisfied and I shall choose another hotel. next time.

Discreto hotel. La mia camera 1601 (ultimo piano d'angolo) non era caldissima. In 4 notti non sono riuscito a capire se l'aria condizionata in modo riscaldamento fosse funzionante.
Camera ok, bella e moderna. Staff normale, nulla di eccezionale, non brillano per simpatia ma sono professionali. Colazione abbastanza basic, ma OK.

Shower was not working properly, bathroom door didn't lock. Tiny room & no fridge

Хороший отель для проживания в несколько дней. Снимали стандартный трехместный номер. Из плюсов: чистота, завтраки, сейф, холодильник, чайник, тапочки и большие окна.
Из минусов: в номере нет холодильника и шкафа для вещей(
Поставить машину на стоянку, платно и не дёшево, 100 руб. в час.

It was cozy and spacious. I reserved a second level of the room type. They gave me a room in 16th floor and has nice view to the river. Price is affordable and has Starbucks just in front of the hotel. Has a double bed and cozy sofa with two televisions 편안한 방이었습니다. 아침식사는 너무 심플하고요. 오믈렛니 없습니다. 스탠다드
한 단계 윗 단계 방 예약했는데 뷰도 좋고 아주 넓었어요. 가격대비 아주 좋습니다

Останавливались в отеле на 3 ночи. Район удален от центра и достаточно трудно веером поужинать где-то в кафе, а в отеле не предусмотрен мини-холодильники в номере. На наше обращение ответили, что холодильники имеются и предоставляются, но для тех, кто проживает дольше. Завтраки хорошие. Ставлю 5. Заселили быстро, но мы приехали уже ближе к ночи. Удивило, что в комплекте (входило в стоимость номера) чай-кофе только 1 (!) маленький пакетик сахара на человека на 2 чашки (кофе+чай). На нашу просьбу увеличить количество пакетиков ответили отказом. Еще было не приятно, что нам предложили самим приготовить третье спальное место (выпросили горничную и третий комплект ванных принадлежностей и чашек + чайно-кофейных принадлежностей. Т.Е. номер не был готов для приема 3-х гостей. на второй день в номере так убралась горничная, что стаканы были поставлены все грязные. Опять пришлось звонить на ресепшн, чтобы заменили грязные стаканы на чистые. Последняя неприятность нас ждала после выезда. Выяснилось, что в номере на кровати остался 1 наушник ear drop apple. Мы связались с отелем. В итоге наушник нам не вернули. Толи горничная выкинула его в помойку, толи еще куда дела. Очень обидно, так как его стоимость значительная. Наушники только были куплены. В результате пребывание оставило не очень хорошее впечатление, нанесло урон. Единственные плюс за близость к Крокус Сити Хол и за завтрак. Остальное - минусы
