Location, genuine caring staff and did I say location!!
Pros:

The location was right in the heart of the old town and central to everything, the beach five mins away, walking distance to the bus stop, local attractions and many cafes and restaurants. It was spotlessly clean and the staff were sensational, friendly, kind. Couldn’t do enough for me. My room had an amazing view and small deck. I would be back in a heart beat. The bed was more comfortable than my own plus the bedding was crisp white sheets. It really was one of the best stays I’ve had in my 50 years of travelling the world.

Cons:

Nothing at all - it was superb in every aspect.
