A beautiful stay that made our honeymoon
Pros:

Service was excellent and a big shout out to Gianni, always with. Smile on his face, an asset to the property. The personalisation, friendliness, and the private feel of the entire property. The location was excellent, easy to walk around, close vicinity to excellent restaurants. Access to the concierge team was made even easier with the iPhone provided during our stay. The team were always so responsive. Truly amazing property and team, and made the beginning of our honeymoon even more special

Cons:

Feel it should be an adults only hotel. It’s small, boutique and a romantic style. Given these aspects, not ideal for small children to be running around or playing in the pool, disrupting the quiet ambience of the hotel and grounds

Un’esperienza di lusso autentica con una delle viste più belle di Positano. Tornerò sicuramente.
Pros:

Struttura semplicemente eccezionale. La suite Deluxe vista mare è spettacolare, curata in ogni dettaglio e con una vista mozzafiato su Positano. L’atmosfera è molto intima ed esclusiva, lontana dalla confusione ma a pochi minuti dal centro. Il vero punto di forza è il personale: professionale, attento e sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta con il sorriso. Servizio da vero hotel di lusso, impeccabile dall’arrivo alla partenza. Ottima anche la colazione e la qualità generale degli ambienti.

Cons:

Nulla di rilevante. Il soggiorno è stato all’altezza delle aspettative sotto ogni aspetto.

Great service from start to finish. Lovely hotel in an amazing place
Pros:

Amazing hotel. Every member of staff made us feel like we were the most important people there. Food was excellent and facilities great.

Cons:

The spa and gym are a little tired but very useable and the treatments were excellent.

Magestic place, gorgeous view of positano and a lovely team of staff
Pros:

The terraces were beautiful, valentina the reception manager and all other staff were very kind, helpful and full of great energy.

Cons:

Nothing ! Everything was perfect although the wait for our cars to be taken out the parking was long, but even during wait time they would serve you with coffee or lemonchello or you could take nice pics in any of the terraces.

We didn’t want to leave. Staff was lovely. The room was immaculate. The service was top notch.
Pros:

Absolutely gorgeous.

Cons:

Stairs obviously- they are no joke and there is no avoiding them. The property was not easy to find for the first time in that area. Signage could be improved and only found the property by begging a local business for guidance. We had walked around the area for close to an extra hour trying to figure it out. We had not previously been to positano and had no idea what we were in for and had disregarded all the warnings on stairs. That being said, after staying there- I’m glad it’s hidden away.
