Could be great with a few improvements
Pros:

This property has the potential to be amazing, but we had trouble with insects and there were no screens on the windows to keep them out (and no AC) We also were disappointed with the maintenance practice of apparently using untreated water for the grass, which created a terrible smell. The unit itself was great with lots of space and everything we needed. It had a beautiful ocean view. All of the pools seemed to have less than pristine water in them as well, and one of us fell on the slippery stairs once causing a minor injury.

Spacious apartment right on the water!
Pros:

We loved our stay here:
1) View -- right on the ocean
2) Spacious apartment -- lots of bedrooms and bathrooms
3) Location -- very close to Paracas (note we had a rental car -- would not recommend if using public transport)
4) Value -- cost less than high end hotels in town
5) Owner -- very responsive to questions and when we had issues (well organized too)
6) Clean and Outfitted -- Had the basics you expect from an apartment rental
