Hello,
I am writing to express absolute outrage over one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. What should have been a simple check-in turned into a deeply upsetting and unacceptable incident because of the unprofessional, aggressive, and disgraceful behavior of the receptionist.
Despite having a confirmed reservation through Booking, he tried to charge me more than the price clearly shown on the app. When I refused to pay anything beyond the confirmed Booking price, his behavior became extremely rude, hostile, and completely inappropriate. He insulted our nationality, used racist language, and was swearing at us in a way that was shocking and humiliating.
This was not just poor customer service. It was an outrageous abuse of his position and an appalling way to treat paying guests. No guest should ever be pressured for extra money, insulted, or subjected to such hateful and unprofessional conduct.
The incident took place at 12:14 AM on 03/04/2026, and the attached photos are the proof. I am beyond disappointed and deeply disturbed by what happened.
This kind of behavior seriously damages the reputation of your hotel and should never be tolerated.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The room was impeccably clean, and the hotel as a whole was very well kept and welcoming. The service was exceptional, and the staff were outstanding throughout my stay professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction really stood out. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great service
