The breakfast was all right. The staff even asked me if I wanted an omelet for breakfast and I said yes, so he had the chef make one for me. That kind of attentiveness is the mark of quality staff. In addition, my son and I had a bag of laundry that needed to be cleaned, and the service de linge was very good about it. The following day, a week's worth of clothes from my son and myself was delivered, neatly pressed or bagged, by the hotel worker. I simply do not have the time to go out looking for a dry cleaner or a laundromat, so having a laundry service within the hotel was a time-saver.
Unfortunately, rolling black outs in Tunis occurred that night. Needless to say, during the summer months, that is a common occurrence throughout the city. As a result, the room was sweltering hot. However, I believe the management is in the process of getting solar panels that would help alleviate the electrical problems during a blackout. I look forward to having the comfort of that backup solution.
