Pros:

Nada, encontré animalitos en la cama y tengo video
el caño salido cuando trataba de abrir para lavarme , abría la ducha agua caliente y tenía q esperar 20 minutos para q agarre agua tibia al menos nooooooo muy mala experiencia

The worst hotel experience

I like the little bit of hotel’s location

Cons:

Good evening,
It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The room provided to me was dirty and lacked basic necessities like towels and soap; the Wi-Fi signal was very unstable; and, worst of all, the plumbing was clogged, causing water to back up and flood the room.
I contacted the hotel staff to request a room change, but they only offered to move me to another hotel in the same chain on the other side of the city in the middle of the night. They promised me a refund or financial compensation but failed to deliver. The only thing they actually did was move me the next day to a much smaller room with inferior conditions.

La buena ubicación, en relación a las actividades que tenía que realizar en Trujillo

Cons:

Hubo una mala atención por la encargada, que no daba una solución rápida y apropiada, manifestando que así era y no podía hacer nada para que cambie. Instalaciones que presentan humedad y mal olor
