Horrible!
Pros:

Rien n'était digne d'une étoiles.
L'hotel exigeait du cach!

Cons:

La nourriture, la propreté,la sécurité surtout!
Je suis resté coincé dans l'ascenseur. Aucun bouton de secours ne fonctionnait.
Horrible !
J'ai était sauvait pat canadien qui a entendu les coups que je donnais à la porte ,et mes cris.
Le lendemain,nous avions vérifié le bouton de sécurité ne fonctionnait toujours pas!
Donc pas réparé, donc aucune sécurité !
C'est très grave!

Un bon hôtel
Pros:

Le personnel très sympathique et à l’écoute de nos remarques.
L’hôtel est bien situé et les chambres très spacieuses.
La plage de l’hôtel est très belle.

Cons:

Le service au niveau du bar/piscine, le temps d’attente est extrêmement long.
La moquette dans les parties communes n’est pas propre et on a été obligé de demander à plusieurs reprises des serviettes propres…

magnifique et confortable
Pros:

on a demandé 2 chambres, on a eu une suite très agréable où on avait touuuut(machine à café, bouilloire, jacuzzi, tv, confort et propreté..) franchement on était super satisfait, je recommande cet hôtel à yeux fermés.

Die Poolanlage war sauber

Cons:

Leider gab es viele Probleme während unseres Aufenthaltes. Die Klimaanlage hat stark nach Schimmel gerochen, es hat von der Decke getropft, die Fugen im Badezimmer waren stark verschimmelt. An zwei Tagen hintereinander gab es über eine Stunde einen Feueralarm, am zweiten Tag um sieben Uhr morgens - der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption hat sich nicht entschuldigt und meinte nur, dass er nichts dafür könnte. Im Restaurant hat die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert, anstatt Alternativen aufzustellen (Ventilatoren o.ä.), wurde nur gesagt, dass es ein Problem gäbe. Unsere Kinder haben nichts runterbekommen, weil sie so geschlaucht waren von der Hitze im Restaurant.
Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption konnten kaum englisch, daher habe ich nach dem Manager verlangt, dieser konnte auch wenig englisch und hat sich kein einziges Mal entschuldigt.
Der einzige Lichtblick war Mariem, die Guest Relation Managerin, diese haben wir leider erst am Abreisetag ist getroffen, ihr wurde auch leider nichts von unseren Problemen gesagt. Sie hat uns dann zum Mittagessen eingeladen, aber der Manager hat dies telefonisch verboten und wollte uns daraufhin nur auf einen Aperitif einladen. Mein Mann (Tunesier) und ich kommen seit über 10 Jahren nach Tunesien und so etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt!
Zusätzlich wurden uns auch noch 150 Eur für drei Nächte für ein zusätzliches Kind im Alter von 3 Jahren berechnet, absolute Abzocke und absolut untypisch für tunesische Hotels.
